06/10/2023 00:52 | There have been non run of the mill challenges in 2023 which have had a big impact on sales. The company are saying that the future is brighter, so let's see how we do in the last quarter of 2023 and thereafter. It is a plus that there are two major shareholders with expertise that may be of great assistance to WBI. The AGM has been signalled as a time when we will learn more. | odillon
05/10/2023 21:57 | Gross margin 10.1% down from 23.4% last half year 25.4% last full year. Basically not ever going to make any money at that GM But we all knew that already didn't we ? | fenners66
05/10/2023 15:37 | The latest RNS was pleasingly upbeat. The following extract sounded promising. "...our on-going optimisation of each of the business segments and the formulation of the future strategy to maximise value is progressing well. Our AGM will be convened shortly where this will be presented." I'm looking forward to hearing more at the AGM. | odillon

14/9/2023 13:01 | At what stage did you invest your £7k? I, fwiw, would sell up for whatever you can get and hope for better luck elsewhere. | blue59
14/9/2023 12:40 | I’m just interested as to when these shares are going to improve I’ve put £7000 into this company After watching it hit 0.20 a share and rise to 0.80 🤷🏼 | johnjono
04/9/2023 10:08 | At least the borders are opening up again, if they ever get back to producing something to export. | blue59

31/8/2023 06:41 | They curtailed production to preserve liquidity? Means they are not making profit doing it | kaos3
31/8/2023 03:23 | They curtailed production to preserve liquidity? Madness. The sooner Dolan goes the better. They should have increased production to increase liquidity. He should have stuck to trading in the City. | jack jebb

15/8/2023 22:46 | The financial package update explained that short term debt was addressed allowing the company to be fully operational for at least a year. So, at some point, it is to be expected that there will be an update on sales. But I think that has been delayed as the wind was taken out of the company sails when Sydbank called in the loan. Whether the next update is delayed until the next quarter or not remains to be seem. There are some peculiar small trades being made. Perhaps WBI trades are being used as a form of communication via numbers. | odillon
15/8/2023 08:55 | What is there to update? The fundaments haven't changed, massive debt and not enough income to service it. | blue59
04/8/2023 11:07 | It looks as if there may not be a Q2 update. Perhaps that is to allow some time for the dust to settle after all the events that followed on from the Q1 update. Fingers crossed that, when the next update does arrive, it will give us some reasons to be cheerful. | odillon
08/7/2023 13:50 | I have seen an article with an interview with Hugh Wade-Jones in which he says he no longer drinks, which is a healthy and healthful response to the Court case involving intoxication. Intriguingly, John Scott is one of the Keepers of the Spirit for the Monaco Whisky and Spirits Club. It is worth reading the details of the other Keepers. It strikes me as rather like a list of the characters in an Agatha Christie novel. Certainly they are a very eminent group of Keepers www.monacowhisky-spi | odillon

29/6/2023 18:04 | I have done a little background reading on the two new investors introduced by Miles Pelham. I very much like what I have seen about the Scottish investor. I am a little worried about the other investor having been found guilty (some years ago) of making off without paying a taxi fare, although I note that the Court did not take the view that there was dishonesty but rather that it came about as a result of him being extremely drunk - the accused conceded the drunkenness and asserted that he believed he had paid the fare. | odillon
29/6/2023 08:10 | Am being offered over .77p | blue59
28/6/2023 17:43 | Surprised as even the most optimistic posters would be they got funding away at 0.5 pence. 0.25 to 0.3 would be nearer realistic expectations. 1.2 billion warrants at 1 pence will be a massive limiting factor - no doubt. Buying in at 0.5 and converting warrants at 1 pence.. Well that is doubling their investment. Peeps will have in mind the level of 0.5 pence if they were to buy in for the long haul...if not lower as it normally goes as most will be aware. Then they need to sort the business to make it properly investable. I read the RNS twice as surprised they got such a deal regarding the finance which is to their credit in fairness. Must be a massive consolidation coming soon I suspect. | mattab
28/6/2023 15:10 | Can't understand the need for 1.2billion warrants at 1p - Kills the share price - | tomboyb |
