If it is a conflict of interest they would have no choice and if WBI were jumping horses it may not be unreasonable.

We are told that the WBI director resigned, but if you check the articles of incorporation the provision cited is the one where the resignation is triggered by the written requirement of the other directors. So it is a forced resignation.

We have no idea why Canaccord resigned. But if it was as a consequence of wrongdoing by WBI - why have Canaccord not said this?

We are told that WBI are in the process appointing new advisers. How could they be doing so if there was an AIM's Rules impediment to their seeking new representation?

btw - mind your language. You can disagree without disrespect.

What BS odillon , leave a company under suspension without warning and being a nomad is their business!
Who would employ them in future?

Another possibility may be that following the recent global reorganisation of WBI's business, it was more administratively convenient to appoint a different advisor and Canaccord jumped before they were ousted?

We have no idea why Canaccord resigned. But on the day they resigned as WBI advisors they also appointed a new CFO Nadine Ahn.

Could it be that Canaccord had to resign as the appointment created some conflict of interest?

Could it also be that the WBI director then had to resign as they could not appoint the alternative advisors with him in place without creating another conflict of interest?

Other sites say he had only been with the company for 9 days. That is not correct, he had been with the company since late June in another capacity.

Under the AIM Rules no shares can be issued while the shares are suspended. Also if no replacement Nomad is appointed within 1 month then the admission to AIM is cancelled. So unless another Nomad is waiting ready to be appointed, existing shareholders should fear the worst.

What NOMAD is going to take this on? I am, of course, assuming any fault is WBI's. Could well be the final curtain of a sorry saga.

Wow there are some questionable company behaviours on AIM - but I don't recall seeing a resignation with immediate effect and suspension during the trading day before....

What a POS

They must have done something really skanky for the nomad to resign with immediate effect:

I have removed the links & video footage attained from LSE showing 'activities' at WBI in Gabon, it appears that was historic footage, the entities posting those links on LSE were clearly up to mischief.

Had there been any activity disrupting business the Co would have RNS'ed it today.

Even the paid rampers have shut up! Spike was evidently manufactured to enable someone to offload onto the gullible.

It was a foreseeable drop.

The share was mentioned on a site which I think has the word Rocket in it and that prompted an accelerated surge. So it was bound to track back. Gabon wasn't built in a day.

oddilon ... you do not use calculator or have no idea about forestry or what....

it is so phatetic simple calc ....

but as you hinted about my sinister motives ... i will not spill the beans to you

but to the others - calc is as follows

container times vol times 12 months times net margin

and you can only confirm what i just said above .... IF they even reach their stated goal

so funny .... feelings and opinions
