Wrote off over $500k in bad debts and the debt profile is getting older - what will the 2023 write off be with higher interest rates effecting various economies ?

Buried in the notes

"When considering the discount rate applicable to the Mozambique model, management has specifically ensured that the discount rate adequately incorporates the risk associated with the current unrest being experienced in the northern parts of the country"

Just taking a look at the results , seemingly for a laugh.

Not sure that tells us anything that we didn’t already know except confirmation that May 31st wasn’t a deadline!

Most online brokers are 'at best' currently - looks like they want shares.

Large premium being asked for 2m+ share now, the book continues to strengthen.

Looks like something has leaked, just because they want to seek authority to issue shares does not mean they will.

My bet is they want to refinance in a non dilutive way.

The share price was heading towards .75p 10 sessions ago and many thought a return to 1p was nailed on, it could still happen.

Still fairly hard to buy in size, some chunky buy orders have hit the ticker this afternoon.

Something is brewing.

So what's the offer going to be? 1p is my guess.

In the last hour it has been exceptionally hard to buy in any size, currently they are asking a premium on just 100,000 shares.

There is still a possibility they can secure non dilutive finance, if so the shares will recover strongly.

The recent high was .70p reached on 17th May.

My thanks to you both for engaging in a debate.
There are not many on advfn worth reading these days.

Actually quoting from the accounts and countering with differing assets on accounts years apart etc. is reasoned

Most of the arguments we read on BB's these days are not.

I was asked to take a look at this company a few weeks ago and rejected it as an investment , it's more of a gamble."

6 months + later and so far I had it correct - a gamble , that does not look to be paying off.
Losing the facility is clearly going to hurt and today's RNS says massive dilution if the gamblers will accept it.
Let them get away with that and oversight goes out the window as they can always think they can dig deeper into shareholders pockets....
