But your still here commenting and not where your money is, So the question is why ??I think now it's worth a few grand or so as contracts are starting to materialise, That's my opinion anyway and my cash.

There was virtually no EV market in the West until Musk created Tesla.

If he had been here, he would probably have built the fabled space elevator by now.

You see, Musk makes real things. He does not build royalty models for products that do not exist.

Its numbskull mentality to you. Its not numbskull mentality to the markets that's why they are offering 0.035p for 1.4 billion shares placed at 0.0325p only yesterday.

There are 1.4 BILLION shares hitting the market in a few days (most forward sold at this point). Plus there is a high probability of another 700 million to flow into the market before the end of the year/early next.Any thought that there is a shortage is down right numbskull mentality.

Festario - What you've described is the motive behind AIM listings. What you don't understand is how the market actually works.

Really must dash.

And PW you have shown ignorance on how this company works by telling me to buy when the price was 10 times higher.

I fully understand how capital markets work. I have said repeatedly that AIM companies exist solely to exhaust the borrowings of the banks, and to play the 'share issuance' game, printing worthless shares at the expense of mugs like us, including me, until the company finally delists. It's a game that insider placees enjoy enormously, as they get very rich, nomads and brokers profit from it, and the greatest beneficiaries are the directors who NEVER have to get a proper productive job.

1retirement - "The shortage of stock is the best one yet! Bahahaha"

Again total ignorance. If there's 1 million shares there can be a shortage of stock. If there's 10 billion shares they're can't be a shortage of stock.

That's not how the markets work.

Festario - "But Whitey, we obviously DO understand and have called this spot on for several years."

You do not understand. All you know is that the share price has fallen. Everybody and anybody who invests in AIM stocks experiences this and understands this. That is the limit of your understanding.

What I have shown you over the last year is why VRS share price has fallen from a height of 185p to where it is today. This is primarily to do with the fact that the graphene market did not exist when NR was ramping the stock. This was a factor totally out of his control. Not understanding this you think the previous CEO was devious so and so. That might have been the case but his personality traits had nothing whatsoever to do with the failure of VRS, this would have happened if Elon Musk was at the helm.

The share price has continued to collapse at a worse rate under the new CEO than when NR was at the helm. However net zero, decarbonisation and graphene making traction in various industries means more cards are stacked in the new CEO's favour than were stacked in NR's favour.

You have also displayed ignorance as to how the AIM and capital markets work but that discussion is for another day.

But Whitey, we obviously DO understand and have called this spot on for several years. If by some miracle, this 10 bags, you will still be massively losing from your initial investment. You lost all credibility, a long LONG time ago. You lost a fortune, I didn't, yet you are the one who understands what he's doing. Derisory.

Festario - You and others blabber without understanding what is going on or how the market even works. The number of shares in issue is not the only factor that determines supply and demand. The market cap plays a major role and so does how tightly the shares are held along with the number of shares available for issue.

10 baggers come from AIM companies that have billions of shares in issue but only a tiny market cap. VRS is in that category. Billions of shares but a market cap of only £1.2 million.

Only 3,718,938,737 shares out there. When they are gone they are gone.

It started with less than a penny, then at 0.07p, then at 0.035p then at 0.0175p until it reaches 0.0000 where the cunning investors will be filling their boots to "average down" - the drain.

A company can have 1 trillion shares in issue but if the company has a market cap of only £100 any sustained buying will lead to a shortage of stock. This is because £50 spent on stock will buy you 500 billion shares, half the company.

VRS has 3.7 billion shares in issue but it has a market cap of only £1.2 million. Any sustained buying will lead to a shortage of stock as there is only 746 million shares left to be issued.

Now the company can start forward selling stock in anticipation of all resolutions being passed at a GM yet to be announced but that is a highly dangerous and risky strategy.
