Festario - "You don’t consider Leigh trousering £184,000 obscene?"

For a company that has 100 employees and annual revenues of £5.4 million to 30/09/2023 its not obscene at all.

1manchild - "....as well as for general corporate and working capital purposes' as this basically means paying obscene wages to Execs for constant failure."

Taken from the annual accounts to 30/09/2023 below is the boards salaries.

Steven Hodge CEO £120k
Christopher Leigh CFO £184k
Ian Gray Non-Executive £13k
Susan Bowen Non-Executive £13k
Diane Savoury Non-Executive £13k

Anyone who works in HR or is familiar with director wages, please advise me what is obscene about the above. Thanks in advance.

"But if they fail they are still a success if they fail quick (sic)." (That ruddy Mensa again)

I have to disagree there Mav. If they are to fail they have to fail very slowly so that they can keep their snouts in the trough for as long as possible, rinse every last penny out of the shareholders, share sales, government largesse, and the bonuses for raising that money. As long as the carrot keeps being dangled they know that there are a select group of dimwitted shareholders that can be relied upon to pony up and keep believing that it truly is an outstanding company.

When peak stupidity was the order of the day 27 people from the guild of befuddled pensioners saw fit to mark this up. None are seen now.

Evergreen, I think I speak for most here (bar the usual children torturing scumbags) that we owe you a debt of gratitude for your searing demolition of the utter tripe that has been peddled, for far too long, by the naysaying collective of ne'er-do-wells whose only solace is the keyboards when not clutching their appendages. I bow humbled and proffer the doffing of my digital cap to you sir for a piece of sublime prose worthy of a laureate. Your profound erudition exquisitely captures the very essence of the transformational opportunity afforded to the lucky few here whose lives may be be forever changed let alone the sheer transfiguration of the industrial order augured by VRS's ground breaking technology.

The world sleeps in self-isolation whilst a new industrial and technological order arises stealthily in the East eased into birth by a yet to be discovered minnow in the West. To the canon of illustrious names such as Arkwright, Stephenson, Faraday, Edison, Bell and others will be added the name Neill Ricketts. We will bequeath a world to our children and grandchildren replete with all manner of goods and items surrounding them that will forever be synonymous with the name Neill Ricketts.

The fourth industrial revolution will be indelibly etched with the word Versarien, a veritable titan straddling the industrial world. Those that wished they had invested in Google at the outset may just be afforded a second chance at an even more juicier bite of the cherry. History books yet to be written will devote a goodly portion to the accomplishment of the man, the vision, the foresight and the company. To those invested, know this - a legend is born!

Dudishes - "Strangely, the guy is usually polite, but not this day."

I am usually polite because I have considerable experience of dealing with people like yourself, festario, bbms, kemche, DIL 21 etc who do not understand what's going on here but you called into question my research which is second to none.

Versarien – The 4th placing in 2024 and the company should still go bust in February

After the pump of a meaningless corporate update what the hell did you expect to happen? Today Versarien (VRS) undertook its 4th placing in 2024, raising just £450,000 at a mere 0.0325 pence per share. If you think that this is the last I have a bridge to sell you...

Losers gonna lose. Lets hope AIM is closed and rolled into the main market with detritus like this, which should never have been listed, swept up into the dustbin where it belongs.

I love AIM, may it never change.

It can be high risk & you can lose all your money in a particular stock if you behave like an idiot but it can also be high reward. Where else can you get the kind of returns you see here?

BBM, I have no doubt. As too are the Rogers, Helen, Furball, themsintheknow, squire et al. And let's not forget that SG1 left to advise international hedge funds so I have every assurance that they too must be active in the background.
