Everybody and the cat knew the placing was coming no surprises there. It does not change the upward trajectory of the company and I have already bought at this lower level.

They only have 746 million shares left to place so would have to call a GM if they need to raise again.

As noted before her: VRS aim to get around GBP 500,000 by Placing every 2 to 4 months. Christmas / New Year for the next one at about 0.15p to 0.2p would be about right.

I doubt this is the "last ever" placing. They have a 5M debt to start repaying come Feb. Its not likely they are going to be generating money between now and Feb so i reckon another one or two placings needed.
