As someone mentioned the complete lack of any Graphene orders, what about these?

From memory there was also the £100k order from McClaren and maybe others but I can't be asked trawling back any further. Each of the above has the potential to generate significant follow on orders though, along with the multiple orders which will flow from the recently announced deal with MAS Holdings. It is therefore totally disingenious for the detractors to claim that there have been no commercial orders.

Loggy, I didn’t give any reasons for why the China deals have not been finalised. I don’t know the exact reasons and Unlike you I won’t ever pretend to know things that I don’t.

I simply asked you to supply evidence to support your claim that Neill had ever stated that Chris had signed a deal in China in Sept? Please provide a link to where Neill made this alleged statement. Thanks.

If you state Neill is a ‘liar’ for misleading shareholders about a contract signing without any evidence then that’s libel. Plain and simple

Stop deflecting and simply evidence your statements and allegations. By the way, responding to questions with questions does not qualify as an answer.

If Neil wanted to silence his critics he'd need to pay for them all to have gender reassignment surgery so they could gain some balls and stop acting like whinging snowflakes.

Not threatened anyone's wife or children..... where have I done that? What I've stated is anyone who tries to threaten my / my families investments to gain financially themselves is fair game for me / others to go after their families wealth. If that involves highlighting things to their families employers and their employer deem it necessary to do something about it then that's up to them. I'm not advocating physical violence at all.

Very wise words Teepee, many of the posters on both threads would do well to remember this.

@Club the complete lack of sales fits the profile of the many other AIM companies that promise the earth, get their market cap to silly levels, allow insiders and directors to sell shares they paid virtually nothing for, raise and dilute to provide more money for insiders, before eventually failing and costing private investors a packet.

Maybe the brainiac @schmally can tell us why VRS doesn't fit this profile? Top tip having government support and shouting loudly about alleged interest from major companies is par for the course. Producing no sales after years of trying does.

Of course not. Why would I? The private correspondence was relevant at the time, regarding contemporary events, and can serve you no purpose. In any case, they are confidential from Neill's perspective too. They served me an important purpose though, because when I looked back at them, they persuaded me that I needed to reduce my risk to this company.

Tim, even by you your usual dim standards, that's not a very bright comment. What possible stock market rules could my private emails contravene?I'm not an officer of the company.Up to approx 20 months ago, I was content with the replies I received from the emails and messages Neill and I exchanged. It was only subsequently I realised that the content was tantamount to a fob off, the answers didn't bear any scrutiny, and therefore a waste of time.

Not clever to threaten people's wife and children. Especially online. The police could easily find out who you are and all your wealth won't help you

@Schmally are you now saying the reason the BIGT deal wasn't signed wasn't because Chris flew out to get it signed and it just got bigger and bigger?

That's what has been widely reported and I think (although can't be bothered to check) Neill has said in a podcast. Obviously, with all the cosy chats, golf days, nice evenings down the pub and private chat rooms where people can pretend to be whoever they like, it's impossible to know what is real with VRS but hey ho.

So if that's not the reason why the BIGT deal has so far failed to materialise what is it?

As for 2, and 3 it's up to the NOMAD and Aim regulations to decide on this and I expect they will act it's likely we may never know that they have.

I've called him a liar because he wrote things about me which he knows to be untrue, that he can't justify and where there is plenty of evidence in the public domain that contradicts it. No I'm not going to post links to this because it's got no place on a VRS discussion forum.

Schmally: and what about Mike Brenner's clear suggestion that Ricketts has - deliberately or otherwise - conveyed price-sensitive information to s'holders at cosy little get-togethers? Is that unfounded too?

Thanks Loggy, so we can conclude that all the allegations and lies in Share Prophets and elsewhere are all unfounded then.

So No evidence. No credibility. No impact

What a waste of effort.

Of more interest was the unusually large amount of shares the mms were prepared to take towards close of play...:-)

Log - personally I'm pretty chill about the lack of progress in China (except for the massive distraction it is proving for the company mgmt and resources) - I am *much* more concerned that no 'vanilla' supply contracts have been signed either. Regardless of size of client company or sector, I am staggered that NO deals have been signed, STILL, after (in my case) two years of waiting. You might just say 'well that's his long it takes' - so why does Rickets repeatedly indicate otherwise?

I've made no accusations about breaking rules. I suspect he probably has but who cares anyway? Surely the bigger picture is his inability to land the BIGT (or whatever you want to call it) deal and the abject failure to sell any graphene in anything but tiny test orders.

If it didn't look like a huge stock promotion before as every day goes by it does more and more so.

I think all this whole argument can be concluded very quickly. Loggy, please simply provide evidence that supports your claims that:

1: Neill has shared any price sensitive information.

2: Neill has contravened any Stock market regulations

3: Neill stated that Chris had signed a deal in China in Sept (by deal I presume you mean commercial deal as opposed to any other document)

I have seen no evidence in the screenshots or anywhere else that supports any of these allegations.

Just shouting louder than everyone else doesn’t make lies any more believable.

If you can’t provide clear evidence by tomorrow morning everyone can then applaud your investigative efforts. If not, we can all just reaffirm that you are a dedperate liar and we can all get back to ignoring you.

By the way. Such a massive coordinated effort from your gang of thieves and yet it seems only Fest has been stupid enough to take any notice 10/10 for effort mind.
