09/1/2020 15:14 | Wow I've read Tom Ws latest. It seems also that SuperG/Graham has been targeting Tom's wife. What a scumbag. Thought maybe that would be a bit below the belt even for him. What a loser. Seems also that Neill can't stay away from posting on private message groups. Why doesn't he focus on work and sell some Nanene? Is it because it's simply far easier to sell VRS shares and the jam tomorrow promise that comes with them? | ![]() loglorry1
09/1/2020 15:12 | I take Neill’s quote from Discord for good news. I had thought the only sticking points were IP and control: it would seem the Chinese regard VRS’ conditions difficult to circumvent otherwise they would surely yield on these. The Chinese reluctance to accept buy in terms might be further evidence that IP and control safeguards are sound, otherwise perhaps they wouldn’t be too fussed about up front cost. In view of their previous form, buy in should be at a considerable premium to reflect the distrust with which the Chinese are regarded by business; lip service through passing a new law perhaps isn’t sufficient for Neill and his team; I’m happy he is holding out for the best, most secure deal for the long term. | ![]() hoverflyman
09/1/2020 15:11 | But @schmally lying Neill told everyone that Chris flew out in September "to sign the deal". What could he sign if key terms not agreed? Sounds like complete lies again from Neill. The problem when you get caught lying nobody will trust you. It probably is time for him to go. Trouble is if he does he can then sell all his shares with little or no disclosure requirements. | ![]() loglorry1

09/1/2020 14:46 | BREAKING: Expose Part 2: That Private Discord Versarien chat forum, Neill Ricketts orders his men what to post on BBs Yesterday's shocking expose of how Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) was using a private chat room to pass unverified and price sensitive information to select investors should have forced AIM Regulation and hapless Nomad Bobbie Hilliam of Canaccord to act. So far nothing. So thanks to Winnileaks I have more screen shots, maybe this will finally see order restored... | ![]() bbmsionlypostafter
09/1/2020 14:36 | So cutting Club, Please can you highlight where I said anything about anything being "resolved"?? Take the time to read properly. I said they are a lot closer to a mutually agreeable position. I'll refrain from stooping to your level and abusing you back I won't be wasting my time on you again. | schmally

09/1/2020 13:34 | I note the fool on the board is suggesting that just because the sticking points for Chinese contracts are the same as a few months ago, that this indicates no progress has been made. That just illustrates just how ignorant he is regarding business negotiations. I've been part of contract negotiations where things like liability limits or exit clauses are a sticking point for months, but are still eventually agreed amicably. It's bloody obvious that each party involved starts negotiations by offering terms in their favour and then each party slowly but surely concedes on any contentious points until agreement is reached. That process may take many months, but as each meeting concludes each party gets closer to a mutually agreeable position. The sticking points may not have changed over the past few months, but you can be sure, both parties are now a lot closer to a mutually agreeable position than they were. What else would anyone expect from Chinese entities. Yes, it may have taken longer than expected, but rather a delay or for VRS to walk away than concede anything not in shareholders interests | schmally
