In that post is a url to the original article which includes a pic' of a signing ceremony on 1st November: NOTE there are ten signatories and front centre is Chris - VRS CFO!!!



There is also (which you can find by reading the BB a short vid of the same pic' which clearly shows it is a signing ceremony.
