When all these huge, ever-growing deals are done, how long will it take to produce the machines needed to produce the graphene? How much will they all cost VRS?

Lucky, they aren't grinding me down...just go back to my checklist...takes emotion out of it...enables me to ensure that my investing decision makes sense...

1- Is there a market for the product?
2- Is there anything happening in the world generally which might suggest that this could change?
3- Is the company likely to capture a 'reasonable' proportion of that market which justifies the sp?
4- Are the BOD still 'forward looking' ...ensuring that we are committing enough to R&D to ensure that we can retain our position as market leaders?
5-Is there anything to suggest that the directors aren't acting in the interests of shareholders?

It is all designed to grind people down Matheus and seems to work with PI's which the shorters work on so that they can rinse them out which is a shame.

In these situations people tend to forget what has happened/is happening.

Aecom for instance are so pleased with the arch which is basically made of probably 95% Polygrene. Not only did it do what they were looking for there were also (as usual) unexpected quality enhancements . It is obviously something that Aecom are over the moon with having recently given an in company global award for the arch and its capabilities.

On top of that they were so pleased with the result that now they want to use VRS graphene in concrete. Aecom are very much involved with Governments and infrastructure worldwide and is all about future construction projects like NEOM which will benefit from the use of graphene in multiple ways. I don't expect their interest to end with just the current focus and graphene will take a big part in their future plans in other materials worldwide.

They are working closely with VRS for a reason.

Neill confirmed mid week that if anything had changed for the worse they would be duty bound to RNS it. The BIGT deal has expanded substantially in size hence why it is taking longer to finalise. Look at the positives guys, so the share price is dropping, but its mainly due to traders and lane jumpers, and every sell is either going to one of the grateful long termers when we get extra cash, or institutional investors. In either eventuality this will continue to stabilise the SP, and when the deals start landing there wont be any shares available to buy because the patient have held out.

Good re-post LO. Reminder it's not just smoke and mirrors. I guess it depends on my mood how tired of waiting I feel. 7% drops on a Friday do not send me celebrating in to the weekend. I will try to remain positive a while longer.

I'll struggle to get excited about yet another collaboration given that not one entered into over the last few years has yet shown any monetary value whatsoever, but let's hope our governments strong feelings about Graphenes place in the UK's future prove founded and include VRS.

Festario - all reasons and sentiments I can familiarise with. What is it that makes people react in such a way to polite alternative views over there? I believe it is a direct result of a thread set up and moderated by an egotistical dictator type that will only allow views that reinforce his own. Anything outside of agreement and celebration of his own biased views are discouraged and moderated, which in turn totally abolishes any chance of objective debate. This in turn allows a group of only like minded individuals to thrive, high five, backslap and raise each other to a euphoric state focused purely on facts as they are allowed to perceive them. It is a worrying state of affairs, I notice they even refer to contributors among theirselves as "them" and "us". They have created a phycological scenario which borders on cult status. So powerful is their commitment and emotion to their belief that to question or offer an alternative opinion is a challenge they often perceive worthy of being met with unfounded negativity, cussing, or even the threat of violence. Almost incomprehensible and quite inexcusable.

Term Sheet with Beijing Institute of Graphene Technology



Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to announce that it has signed a term sheet ("Term Sheet") with Beijing Institute of Graphene Technology Co. Ltd ("BIGT") covering the proposed cooperation between the parties to develop Versarien's graphene related business in China.



BIGT was founded in 2017 by Aero Engine Corporation of China ("AECC"), Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials ("BIAM"), and the Beijing Government, based on nearly a decade of graphene research by BIAM. BIAM and the National Graphene Institute at the University of Manchester have been working together on a wide ranging five-year collaborative research project since 2015.



The Term Sheet, which is subject to contract and formal BIGT board approvals, was signed on Sunday 14 April 2019 at a public ceremony in Shenzhen, China, attended by representatives of BIGT, the Company and from the Chinese and UK Governments.





Anyone got the address of the Chinese and UK Governments , UOM/NGI, BIAM, AECC or Shenzhen!
