Fingers crossed for tomorrow but I suspect we will get nothing new or exciting and I suspect the share price will end up in two figures not three. BIGT cannot come soon enough.

It’s going unicorn mad my end.

Did some washing and on a jumper I saw a badge still attached, which had 100% unicorn on it. I went shopping later and while looking for flour saw Unicorn wafers or similar.Then web searching for something totally unrelated more bloody unicorns, rainbow coloured unicorns of all things

I’m not sure if it’s the old, I like that coloured car, buy it then you notice them everywhere, or the bloody things are following me.

All good then for Bigt if I was the superstitious type.

@supernumerary its just a way to raise money and possibly for NR to sell some stock I suspect. IF a deal happens (and it's a big IF) then I suspect some soft assets (like a factory, plant, equipment etc. or some other soft asset) which they will value at say £20m will be placed into JV in return for 15% of shares at say £1.70p. The true value of the assets will be far lower but in any case they are in China and it's impossible to get them out anyway. BIGT get the stock and can sell it into the resulting spike as the mugs thing all their dreams have come true. They'll also be able to "invest" at same level (more cash into VRS). NR may even decide to graciously sell down his holding on the same terms.

It's pretty par for the course where Chinese and AIM companies come together.

There is no reason to setup production in China now. They could just produce with their 1T machine and sell it now. This nonsense about graphene being too dense to ship is total rubbish. Shipping rates from UK->China are low anyway and density is not that bad at 185.7kg/m3. The bulls think they can sell a KG for $1000 so the shipping costs are negligible.

NR cannot discuss VRS share price sensitive info on twitter, so don't read into it much. Move on. This excitement has already costed many people. So please just rely on official RNS and your own research.
