23/9/2019 13:15 | NR cannot discuss VRS share price sensitive info on twitter, so don't read into it much. Move on. This excitement has already costed many people. So please just rely on official RNS and your own research. | ashehzi

23/9/2019 13:06 | log - I have the same doubt about Bigt. It's hard to see what vrs, with its 1 graphene patent (the last time I checked - might be another by now!), its total lack of world-class researchers, and its 3T/year of graphene apparently all given away for free (since it never makes it into the accounts), bring to the Chinese powerhouse. I suspect they're either looking for a cheap way into the UK, or just keeping an eye on a company they once considered a potential competitor. Meanwhile Chinese companies are eating vrs's lunch... | supernumerary

23/9/2019 13:03 | Neill on Twitter saying he has a meeting with @bankofengland tomorrow before the AGM. Anyone have any ideas on that one? hTTps://twitter.com/ | matheus7777
23/9/2019 12:57 | CS - there was no need for Aecom to involve Versarien in that unveiling of the arch, nor any need for them to name who they obtained their graphene from. But they did. And described Versarien as their advanced materials supplier, by name. For a multinational company of their size and standing to share some of the glory with one particular small supplier seems pretty unusual and positive imo. | grabster

23/9/2019 12:41 | Tunghsu are a Tier 1 member of GEIC I think. They have all the access they need to Uni of Manchester technology transfer. I doubt they need to work with VRS who last time I looked still don't have a CTO! I think Neil's BS isn't even really convincing the most bullish of bulls. There are a few who still pretend to be true believers but I suppose that's so they can try to sell their shares to new mugs who really should know better. | loglorry1
23/9/2019 12:35 | spid - probably best not to rely on anything from the gerbil - he's an idiot. I see he was touting a new RFP he'd found, and which he'd decided only VRS could win. Seemingly didn't read the small print which says only organisations in EU member countries are eligible to apply. Or perhaps he's never heard of Brexit? I also see that Tunghsu is now saying it will start (relative) mass production of graphene batteries - 3,000 by the end of the year - something like that. But since vrs haven't RNSed it, which they surely would have had to do - it would have been by far their most significant graphene order - we have to assume it's not them supplying the graphene. Presumably Tunghsu are making it themselves, they obviously have considerable expertise - I note they claimed 90 granted graphene-related patents - so are perfectly capable of this. It does make you wonder about the value of Rickett's agreement to agree with them. No doubt it will all be clarified in the AGM :¬) | supernumerary

23/9/2019 11:33 | Club - I can familiarise with your sentiment, this appears yet another example demonstrating NR's inability to deliver. There is nothing supporting this share price other than expectation of things to come, that rug is slowly but surely being pulled from beneath the feet of investors. Heaps of tweeting, enthusiasm and hype will only get Versarien so far. Just in case I missed it was there ever any news on the repeat orders for aircraft interior parts that was hinted at several months ago? Too much enthusiasm and hype for too long with nothing to show for it. 70p -80p on the cards again here unless NR can very quickly produce something real enough to positively affect the share price History does not show good odds of that however. | billwave

23/9/2019 11:02 | I'm quite happy and looking forward to buying more shares in the future especially if they stay at this price or even less with my IOF profits (to come). | pshevlin
23/9/2019 10:59 | During Q&A's could someone please seek some clarification of the situation re the "Testing of new equipment is underway which, if successful, would expand our production capacity to up to 30 tonnes per annum of high quality graphene". Does the testing involve new designed machines and a change to the current process as well, or is it just testing new machines of the same design to those already in production? | aquaesulis01 |
