Here you go, things that are out there on the web, criteria to be a partner.

R and D

Must be able to do up to 10kg per month and be able to do 10 tonnes per year going forward

Must be ISO compliant EG under 10 layer

Just also have graphene ink available for various deposition methods.

The 10 tonnes is for one large scale relevant company in the sector.

There is one criteria which is a bit odd but happens to be what engineering firms would be able to do anyway. There is requirement for knowhow and vertically integrated skills. So someone chucking out graphene only wouldn't fit.

Only VRS imo fit the criteria.
