It’s a tragedy that a long-time s’holder like Fest is selling down his stake in despair. It’s a shameful, damning indictment of Ricketts’ utter incompetence to deliver anything at all. Very soon it will be my second anniversary as a VRS s’holder: if you’d told me two years ago that by now we would still be waiting for the first commercially-significant deals and revenues I would have laughed at you. If you’d told me that by now the company would be showing virtually flat revenue growth year-on-year and that the CFO would state they need to grow revenues like it’s some kind of revelation I wouldn’t have believed you. And for all their bullishness and messianic faith in Ricketts I suspect most LTHs feel exactly the same way, but just won’t admit it.

The clock is ticking louder and louder. If there are no significant commercial deals - Aecom, BIGT or something out of leftfield - by the AGM Ricketts should stand down, and the rest of the sorry crew should go with him. A new mgmt team should be appointed by the Board with a brief to focus exclusively on signing supply contracts with Western (ie non-Chinese/Korean) companies. Let the large-scale government stuff tick away in the background while the company gets on with delivering real graphene to real companies for real applications, earning real money in the process. And that can only *help* those large-scale plans. It’s what VRS should have been doing all along.

AECOM appoints Susan Evans as new head of rail:

"Mark Southwell, managing director for civil infrastructure, UK&I, AECOM, said: “Civil Infrastructure in the UK is constantly developing and currently going through significant changes. I'll have my graphene protective vest on! This sort of information will have to come soon for share price to go considerably higher. One of the questions any major investor will ask is what is the margin. I will not add to my piffling amount of shares until there is at least some clarity.

Was implies the AGM has taken place which of course it has not Rainbow, and the fact that you actually meant to predict that BIGT wont happen before the AGM now gives me renewed confidence that it will, as your record on predicting future events is shocking.

I'm starting to side with my brother again, the drop in share price over the last few days suggests that people know something we don't and the BIGT deal is unlikely to happen prior to the AGM, highly disconcerting...
