if there is anyone here who doesn't worry about their investments they are deluded, mendacious, psychotic or too rich to gaf

It surprised me . I knew it was going to happen but not as quickly as this. Shows possibly our civil service briefed Osborne and Cameron quite well?

poor old Graham. toothless, clawless, irrelevant - and consistently wrong on VRS.

No wonder nobody takes any notice of him any more.

It's quite a simple rule."

Sorry superg1, but if I want to discuss Versarien related stuff with other posters - including CS - I shall continue to do so on this Versarien thread. In CS's case it will mostly be to disagree of course. ;-)

"Wrong I think as China exports 5 times more to the USA than they import"

precisely. that's why China is sitting on a mountain of hard currency. if it started selling dollars what do you think would happen?

One thing I am sure about is that VRS is not suffering from low margins.

Aloha from Hawaii. Just arrived and knackered, no more long haul for me after this, and that's final.I see we are under pressure a little today, low volume though.I was expecting to see the opposite as we inch towards the AGM. There's time yet though.I see 110p as strong support.

Contrary to those view of those who think the US-China spat means we should look away from China, I take encouragement from the meeting dgduncan posted reports of (post 77829) in which it appears China is keen to rev up activity in areas that may suit Versarien. This is exactly the moment to be involved.

In any prolonged tarrif war of attrition between China and the US, China I believe holds the better cards and the US will back down or suffer greater damage.

It is difficult to get too excited at this stage regarding revenue as we still do not know what is the price of sale and production. You can have huge Potential but unless you have a margin sales are worthless

That was a big sell of 50k shares just after 11am. Now why would someone be selling such a large stake just before we're supposedly going to be hit with an avalanche of pre-AGM news?

lol all I see is a buying opportunity.

Patience is relative according to your expectations of delivery.

If you'd followed the story closely and gone to events, participated in discussions with staff and fellow shareholders whose research is quite detailed, you'd be far more patient.

Happy camper in the VRS field - wish I had a bigger pitch.

It's not a question of s'holders being patient. Shareholders have BEEN patient (not me, obviously, but most of you), and yet despite good apparent progress in the background NONE of the frantic activity has actually turned into revenue. Yet. And the real question is - why? And - when?
