Someone mentioned here a few days ago that as a shareholder via the Hargreaves Lansdown platform, HL have told him/her that they would be notifying VRS that the shareholder would be attend the AGM.
I've recently informed HL of my intention to attend and have received the following reply:

"I can confirm that your request to attend the Versarien plc AGM on 24 September 2019 has been added. You will receive official confirmation and proof of share ownership a week before the date of the AGM."

Whoever it was (sorry - can't remember)- might be worth double checking with HL that they are sending you proof of your share ownership just in case it's needed.

Hope that makes sense to one of you guys out there...

After my AGM on Friday, with another AIM list, one can make a difference but stoically opposing a board that's impervious to water boarding or any truth serums is a thankless task. When value and assets have been lost to underhanded management or plain reckless behaviour it's painful. As with all enterprises, be it social, industrial, family, institutional, it's the wet matter that needs - Close, Consistent and Constant monitoring. Don't monitor the C's and the C's will get you.

I'd agree with the buy and hold advice but I'd buy a proportion of what you can afford to start with maybe? Though Woodies put you into a good one to start we all hope! 19 working Days to the AGM which usually is just a tick list item.But here probably the MD will put on a show.
