02/8/2019 20:16 | SG to be fair here. Vrs went 11p to £1.50plus. Bids went 6p to 35p. Tern went 2p to 45p. Etc etc. At end of day all comes down to when enter and when exit and what long term views are. In my opinion all 3 of the above will be far higher than current prices in time but might go lower first. All 3 have poor balance sheets and profits versus current market cap but all 3 are being priced on expectation. I actually think VRS will be biggest in time ... Tern offers a lot of upside versus current mkt cap and Bidstack has potential to be very big but need to execute and may need some more cash. But cant go trashing other shares and pushing your own when actually some of principles are same. Oh and do recognise the obvious merits of VRS and great research and management. | meganxmas
02/8/2019 20:08 | I take your point Super, and to an extent I may have been guilty of such activity from time to time. I just get quite irritated when some lth's profess to be fully behind a company and it's exciting unfolding story one day, and then decide to jump ship the next.I think that as I approach 60 I am irritated by most things though! | richgrumpa

02/8/2019 19:41 | Rich Some folk will chase other shares. Don’t forget many PIs have smaller holdings and will try yo chase multiples of their cash wherever they can. I just think numbers where at £10k they would think 30% at 130p VRS = 179p. Yet over at BIDs those at 6p are in the 30’s now. There was a similar frenzy at TERN, Bluejay prior, EVRH etc etc. One herd share replaced by another and the cycle will continue. I’ve watched friends lose everything that way but I fully get why it is done. | superg1
02/8/2019 19:36 | Anyone heard anything from or about Brian Berney yet?. Took up his new role a month ago (July 1st). Certainly off to a quieter start than the previous guy. Hasn't updated his LinkedIn profile yet. | grabster

02/8/2019 18:51 | What serious, long-term holder would sell at the moment, with so much to look forward to? Incredible. | richgrumpa

02/8/2019 18:30 | Hell fire VRS need to just sell those little robots. A guy came to my house today with a gun and wanted a robot, I gave him one, I had one spare. | superg1
02/8/2019 18:29 | Even after the latest seemingly good news I am afraid sentiment is against Vrs. I decided to sell most of my investment today. | amt
02/8/2019 18:08 | David Kerr @DFK007 · Aug 1 Replying to @InvestorVrs @neillricketts and @MattWal79512221 No thoughts, just getting on with the job. People are entitled to their opinion based on what they want to believe. I know what I believe based on what I’m involved in and the projects we are working on. 👍 last weeks news alone indicate a positive path for the company. | woodpeckers

02/8/2019 16:03 | The market is a sea of red, so not too bad here. Plenty away on holiday, so we can expect some volatility bearing in mind the political situation. BIGT could come at any time and I should imagine that the textile launch can not be too far away. With Mr Khan and the rail companies under pressure the infrastructure project could be quicker than I expected. Have a good weekend all. | rogerbridge
02/8/2019 16:01 | sg maybe not the best but the soonest | adejuk
02/8/2019 15:49 | iam I’ll worry about the exchange rate when revenue is few hundred mill, but I’m not sure I will be worrying about it then either. BIGT is a relatively new event for VRS but I take it to have emerged as the best option from the pack. | superg1
02/8/2019 15:35 | and you're right. as a stand alone indicator it is not totally realiable but... most sbtrs and cfders lose money - about 90% | adejuk
02/8/2019 15:32 | shev if the spread betters or cfd's offer a short it means their algos predict a rise in the share price | adejuk
02/8/2019 15:20 | Pennyland next week looks a certainty now. | rainbow23
02/8/2019 15:07 | OK savvy. Got it now but surely tha isn't a good indicator on its own? If it is I'll look up which is the most shorted company and bang everything in there. | pshevlin
02/8/2019 14:53 | I give up explaining. It is so obvious. If you can't take out a short then the market reckons the price will fall and won't offer you the opportunity. If they allow a short then the downward pressure has been reduced!! | 1savvyinvestor |
