I understand what you are saying Magpie but I am genuinely concerned as Festario has wound Ian up to fever pitch and it is an unpleasant thing to do. Ian has a family whom he loves of course and it has an impact on them.

boiling frog has been sending messages to individuals on the system apparently knocking the company and encouraging people to sell, I don't know how many have received them and if it isn't Ian then it is a dirty tricks campaign that needs to stop as Ian doesn't deserve the targeting if it isn't him.

Magpie, I think as Roger's eloquent post has shown, it sometimes gives us an opportunity for someone to remind us all exactly why we are all here.

Clubbie is his own man, and has his own views. We disagree on many things and agree on others.I find it hilarious that nonentities like LuckyOrange believe I have any influence of any kind, over anyone... let alone someone with views as powerful as Clubbie.Almost every post Lucky does makes reference to me, although he has me Filtered. I'm starting to think that his obsession is bordering on the Dean Haigh scale.

This pathological hatred that surfaces from time to time is really worrying, you really should distance yourself from Festario Ian, he relishes that type of control over someone and will be sat at home smirking now or in a bar. It isn't funny and definitely not clever.

I am genuinely concerned because it isn't just Versarien is it!

Just for your information , there has been a Japanese order (RNS)

The 1 tonne machine is up and running and effective and they are testing a much larger machine.

The global apparel manufacturer is/has done a run of sportswear having previously tested it and now for testing in situ.

The technology Preview event was just that , the item has been in situ for months and good enough to showcase.

BIGT going well by all accounts for their 15% stake in the company, Chinese companies take stakes in many companies so expect that to take place.

2D Tech graphene now verified and no other verified producer to date, interestingly I do wonder if the is because as it was stated when purchased that the 2D Tech method has a significant amount of single layer platelets in the production process.

So much more but you can read back through them here when you feel calmer.

Dear Mr Sandwich, thank you for you post and having digested most of it I would like to give my take on a few of your comments.

Your comment about if investors had known the timescales, we would have sold up and redeployed the capital elsewhere, well personally I would not have and that would also go for many long term holders here.

I am interested in backing a company who just happen to be the only certified manufacturer of Graphene in the world.

Most long term investors are not looking for a quick turn, we are looking for real wealth in an amazingly well run company.

The collaborator is in charge of timescales, you can not push a company into launching a product, because it suits our timescales.

Many of the collaborations started with one product and then further products were added and therefore timelines have been extended.

Some collaborations such as Team Sky have had a change of sponsor, or in some cases changes in management and the process has to start again.

The BIGT and other China deals have a political element as well as commercial. In effect, BIGT is the Chinese government.

If you kept up with events, you will have seen that legislation has been introduced by the Chinese government that allows foreign companies (wholly owned entities) to set up in China and now for funds to be taken out of China.

I believe, though it may not be strictly accurate that VRS set up a holding company in Hong Kong for the purposes of operating from China. I believe some may be able to correct this, if it is not accurate.

I believe the intention is to receive the BGIT funds in time for the AGM, but I am not concerned if it does not arrive by then. Better to play hardball and obtain the best deal for the company and shareholders than a quick fix to satisfy churlish shareholders.

With regard to finances, the USA and AECOM orders will show up in this years accounts.

Personally, I am astounded that the loss was as small as it was. Just look at the car industry where AAC are involved, plant closures, lay offs etc. The economy in general is pretty dire at the moment and companies looking to invest and develop new products will be thinking about the situation, even without the added inconvenience of Brexit.

The Chinese textile manufacturer has produced 45,000 mts of Nanene enhanced material. Tests have been underway and the results were successful. New garments have been produced and are in use with professional sports men and women.

Originally, one global major was interested and I believe this has now changed to the leading five global sportswear companies wanting to be involved.

I was fortunate to visit a site in Bristol to see a railway infrastructure project undergoing mandatory testing. I can say is I was even more impressed than before and the scope is enormous and very exciting for the future. The applications for this and similar applications here and elsewhere are mind boggling.

The IP of the group must be worth more than the share price and what a brilliant acquisition Gnanomat was. World beating technology that could be deployed in energy storage and EV batteries and super capacitors. Paid for mainly in VRS paper.

As the only certified manufacturer of Graphene in the world, (we understand that others have tried and failed) Versarien have a tremendous opportunity and are in pole position in this race. The 4th industrial revolution is here, what is not exciting about that?

I do hope that you make some good choices for your investments, I hope that for all private investors who are keen to support exciting companies and are prepared to take the risk. Surely this is the road to real wealth, not a few thousand here and there by ducking and diving and flipping in and out of shares.

I have confidence in the strengthened board of directors, with Neill and the head, but what an saturate finance director we have in Chris.

As far as I am concerned, the future is bright and I am pleased with the progress here, yes I would like one of the big ones over the line, but I believe that two are not too far away.

Probably shouldn’t as I am quite likely wasting my breath but maybe it’s good as it reinforces the true facts of the current situation….

“So. I last posted here back in February. Roughly six months ago. And what has changed since then? Nothing. “;….That’s rubbish and if you don’t believe that then you really should and I think would have sold up!Just because you can't see what is going on below the surface doesn't mean that nothing is happening.

“How does a company have a supposedly world-leading product which everyone wants, yet sell so littl of it or make so little money off it? “ ….Because this is ground breaking technology that if being taken by big companies in large quantities will not happen overnight…but you know that really…

“But then if we'd all known that nothing good would arrive for years we'd all have sold to re-deploy our funds elsewhere,”230;…and having seen what has happened to the markets over the last 6 months we would have lost money rather than tread ground….

“As I've long said, he's a geek who nerds out over the science.”̷0;.Well that is a real laugh! Neill is an engineer through and through! He enjoys nothing more than to see this in real life ‘problem solving’ situations which is why he is going for the big AECOM style projects.

Reminds me of return of the mack

So I'm back up in the game
Running things to keep my swing
Letting all the people know
That I'm back to run the show
'Cause what you did, you know, was wrong
And all the nasty things you've done
So, baby, listen carefully
While I sing my come-back song

Never been away really have you !
