04/4/2019 10:29 | Oh dear! Disappointing news! Surprised Patrick has not been suspended on full pay while investigations are carried out! | ![]() bobsworth
04/4/2019 10:29 | Reading the above suggests to me that Abbott was extremely naive, albeit well meaning. Not the best track record for a VP. | ![]() countryboy

04/4/2019 10:23 | Somehow First graphene have managed to raise $3.5m AUD before costs in their recent placing. Good luck to the new investors as this cash added to their previous balance should see them through a likely cash burn of $2.5m AUD per half year which should enable them to squeeze out another 12 months. Hope they manage to make more of their promised sales and get to break-even ... | ![]() mikebrenner
04/4/2019 10:21 | It only seems serious because the shorters are making such a mountain out of it. I like Neill's style on twitter personally because it exudes supreme confidence which can only come from the fact that he knows things that will happen in the future that will make the shorters attacks seem like the buzzing of gnats round his head. As he said, Patrick Abbott is not a director, he's in charge of a subsidiary. The world wants graphene and this won't stop them buying it from the only verified graphene producer. | ![]() zagrosfold
04/4/2019 10:17 | 3 weeks ago before being hired, he must have a question mark on his "CV" with the court or even the police. So why due diligence was not carried out before the final thumbs up ? You cannot hire strangers without references and checks, can you ? Unless he was hired in a pub because he is a good drinker or a golf course because he is a good golf player. | ![]() fuji99
04/4/2019 10:16 | Based on the info out there, I think Patrick should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. It seems to me like the shorting scum are taking advantage of a terrible situation for Patrick to make him and VRS look bad. They have no morals. Patrick's track record has, and will, speak for itself. I trust NR's judgement. | ![]() bisho4
04/4/2019 10:16 | I quite agree Super over the long term it's noise but to those who were in at higher SPs it is still enough to fray the nerves. I know we are a long way from Christmas but that is why I would like some more material RNSs. | ![]() pshevlin
04/4/2019 10:11 | I agree occultus. I am big into this and generally happy but I think NR has handled this very badly. i am actually wondering what on earth he thought would happen when the shorters founds out? His then evading the question on Twitter is uncomfortable reading too. FYI, large and intended long term holder, before you start :) | ![]() clint fleecewood
04/4/2019 10:10 | PS As posted That's the same old tune soon many times about orders needed to move the share price yet it has made huge moves on sentiment, crooked lies, collaborations and MOUs and various other factors none of which were big orders. The big news is coming and is not a binary bet, there are plenty of those types out there. The interest will accelerate with Patrick in the US. Compare his approach to Marko who was virtually non-existent. I understand most of the sales achieved by XG were through Patrick. So I'm sure Patrick will be delighted to be able to tell his old customers that he now has a new, much better product available, which they can forever call graphene, in their products. | ![]() superg1
04/4/2019 10:10 | Hardly back to earth, where is the 70p you were predicting? | ![]() 2dinvestor
04/4/2019 10:05 | ...and if he has been charged or is under investigation? | ![]() empoggio

04/4/2019 10:02 | People only understand "show me the money" Fest. Even among the big boys there are obviously some doubts. | ![]() pshevlin
04/4/2019 10:00 | The enormity of Monday's announcement wore off after 2 days, which is ludicrous, because it makes this company incredibly investable to new people looking at this sector. | ![]() festario
04/4/2019 09:58 | It's a strange time to sell. | ![]() festario
04/4/2019 09:51 | ps That is besides the rise from 70 p back up to 130 yesterday of course which had nothing to do with such news. Then all the rises and falls based on no news to news which doe not amount to what you describe. Just saying, as many have said the same thing before over and over again. | ![]() superg1
04/4/2019 09:49 | Not so much misguided euphoria from the rampers today.TW has brought them back to earth with a bang. | ![]() rainbow23
04/4/2019 09:43 | He was appointed just on the 21st of March 2019. Sadly in less than 3 weeks he was found to be surrounded by clouds. Is VRS going to wait until the outcome is known, meaning blocking any US activity for an indefinite period as these things take time or just appoint a replacement ? | ![]() fuji99
04/4/2019 09:41 | I just would like to see the first real RNS that shows Nanene and Polygrene can be monetised rapidly. That is probably the only thing that will stabilise and then enegise the share price | ![]() pshevlin
04/4/2019 09:40 | Now why would NR want to employ an alleged con artist ? | ![]() rainbow23 |
