21/2/2019 11:28 | And with graphene much superior thermal performance versus copper, you can see why neill bought into graphene. And with so much interest in play, he switched out of the copper foam; Lots of copper foam available out there, but 2D graphene at scale players ? Smart move by neill. Because now 2 years later china update has mou with chinese firms 'to progress'vrs 2D materials in products using their superior thermal performance. Plus strength attributes in concrete etc. neill and co potentially grabbing all of the pie here. Others have tried and failed in china. Vrs very well positioned. Aimo. Dyor. 21/2/2019 11:18 | To recap: This is what was sent to IG clients yesterday and explains the rationale for the interview: From: Jeremy Naylor Sent: 20 February 2019 08:58 To: DL Premium Client Mgmt Desk UK Subject: Versarien I have just secured an intv with Versarien founder and CEO Neil Rickets. Sorry about the short notice, but it is provisionally planned for tomorrow Thursday 21st Feb at noon. Shares in the company have been falling for no apparent reason and I want him to explain what’s happening? The company owns patents in the graphene space and has secured some potential deals in China which were initially good for the stock. What’s happened, where now and what is he doing? Pls can you circulate amongst clients that have a position in the stock, I expect that will be some questions to bring back in. I will need any questions by 10am Thursday. Thanks JEREMY NAYLOR TV Presenter and Producer | ![]() spike_1

21/2/2019 10:50 | Well said Scrutable. As usual your age has not damaged your superb insight and analysis of facts, people and companies. If only some others were as perceptive. Perhaps that only comes with age, in which case I hope to live a long time. | ![]() phoenixs
21/2/2019 10:48 | Scrutable - Ricketts has not yet delivered any significant contract or revenue stream. That is the simple fact. 20+ collabs, 47 NDAs, China, Korea - and ZERO successful monetisation. This company needs a new CEO, one that can actually get deals across the line. | ![]() club sandwich
21/2/2019 10:47 | Re Neill's comments yesterday in respect of the 50kg and 200kg sample orders for Aecom. The ISO will come in due process, the material which has been delivered is "polygrene" which has a grapheme load. Neill has mentioned in the past that it is part of the company's strategy to sell nanene enhanced products because of the added value that it will give the company. Whether the graphene load is 5% or even 2% matters not. What matters is that the product which VRS produces sells into a market which will generate £m's of sales and the ensuing profit. The results on the polygrene material are expected this quarter and it is then that we ought to see the potential begin to be realised. So I suggest this is not long to wait. | ![]() phoenixs
21/2/2019 10:45 | Hmmm....highly intelligent? I'm beginning to doubt Scrutable's assessment of Neill if that's what he thinks of the deplorable one. | ![]() zagrosfold
21/2/2019 10:43 | Indeed, we hope for a V shape picture here. General market had it's great short before xmas - coming out of that well. Confident in vrs here. Aimo. Best ellis | ![]() ellissj
