Granster, he didnt ask permission, but its legal, as a company can interrogate its shareholer register if it so wishes. Its not an issue.

"Neill emailed me directly to show me an extract of my own holding, those held in Interactive Investor"

a very clear breach of data protection and privacy legislation.

Nonsense CS!
If NR obtained Festario's approval for access, and Interactive Investor obtained confirmation from Festario beforehand, this is perfectly legal.

I know you are looking for every stick you can find with which to bash NR at present, but that's a straw you are clutching at, not a stick ;-)
(as I'm sure you know really - you stirrer!)

Anway, all this is just a side-show.

The real question, as always, is why SO MANY companies are buying SO LITTLE product, and why Ricketts seems COMPLETELY UNABLE to monetise the business opportunity of the century?

Then I ask would ask you too whether you should. I suggest you go on some GDPR training. I've been on loads - in fact I did another online course just on Monday, for my new role.

"CS, how do you believe this to be a breach of GDPR? It's Fest's data, not yours lol"

I didn't say a breach of *my* data. You really need to pay closer attention to what I write. But if Ricketts can see Fest's, he can see mine, and everyone's.

Folks can i remind you of board rules - don't engage or reply to club sandwich, loglorry and usual shorters ... it's clogging up the board with dross. You won't change his opinion as he is a lunatic. Block, starve of oxygen and awareness and he is as good as gone.

Woody - not at all. I've never lied about buying or selling. My last transaction, as I said at the time, was £1k just before Xmas. I have not sold any since, nor do I have any free funds to take advantage of these low prices.

I'm perfectly serious - I'll be writing to the Inf Comm about this very clear and blatant breach of GDPR. Another stick to beat Ricketts with. He really does get less impressive by the day.

"Google implies that the company will or could know"

I don't doubt that they *can* know, just whether, legally, they *should* know...
