Red - VRS is an early stage company with great potential. Only a few IIs can invest in these type of companies as most IIs are spreadsheet warriors and without financial data and forecasts to analyse, won’t be able to persuade their investment committees that VRS is a great investment. It’s the way of the II world but why investors who back the right early stage companies make handsome profits whilst IIs who climb on board later do okay but less well!

AIMHO etc.

Christ knows they've had long enough to put some boilerplate contracts together. No, it really shouldn't take this long.

David Kerr's tweet says it all really! I'm always well @vrs ;) I don't go Cheltenham much so no idea where anything is these days. Sad to see some of the hysteria going on on BB's, can only assume the haters continue to hate and others get nervous. More need to attend investor days and listen carefully ;)Have a great weekend all! Blue skies ahead I feel... choo choo

"67 live engagements.(excluding China/Korea). • 20 engagements under formal collaboration agreements. • 47 under NDA agreements. "So make that hundreds and hundreds of people who are aware of VRS and their progress with various projects.None of whom are buying.Anyone else think that a bit strange?

The funds selling have made huge profits and in Mitons case need the funds to cover elsewhere and redemptions. New funds buying in will want to see something concrete before buying. News appears positive but nothing is yet set in stone- when that happens then they will probably buy IMO

Does anyone understand why the profit taking by Milton, Gerald etc. is not seen as an opportunity by other funds as a good time to get into such a good investment?.. Why are we not seeing substantial buyers to fill the gap given so many positives with VRS?

Fellow share holders
There have been lots of comments of late on this BB and a good bit of fluctuation in the share price .

Whatever gets posted on this board to cause excitement or concern .

There is one thing I feel you can bank on which is that our CEO NEill Ricketts and the Vrs team will be working their butts off to continue to make VRS successful.

I’m sure their work load is as full on as ever with no let up , they are not a team to give up or sit back on their laurels , and I believe that any restraints that comes their way will drive them harder to reach their - our goals .

That is one thing I believe 100% .

It will never be for want of trying which does give great comfort as a long term share holder .

If anyone can deliver for us all this team can .

And I do personally feel that they will do so .

All the very best .

And per david kerr ID pdf:

Current Engagement Status
• 67 live engagements.(excluding China/Korea).
• 20 engagements under formal collaboration agreements.
• 47 under NDA agreements.
• 27 engagements are global operators within their sectors.
• Not all NDA’s result in collaboration agreements, many go directly to
testing of materials.
• Most companies prefer to remain anonymous to protect potential
competitive advantage or IP generation.
• All engagements at various stages of development.
• Some engagements involve multiple partners.
• Legal agreements can be complex, even NDA’s.
• The bigger the company, the slower the process.
• No engagement to date has failed due to product performance.

Standouts for me : 27 engagements are global operators with their sectors. Ie big firms.

And

Some engagement involve multiple partners. Ie likely consortia involving big projects. Battery tech ? Etc.

Draw your own conclusions. Excited by the potential and opportunity. Vrs only acquired 2D tech in 2014 and cambridge graphene in 2017. The progress is staggering imo and achieved by hard work and astute positioning by neill and co. Plus patience reqd - the bigger the firm - the slower the progress. Aimo. Dyor. Best ellis

"Maybe it’s lots of little orders"

we're never going to get rich off lots of little orders. Aren't we all here for blockbuster deals?

£5.22m? Pathetic.
