14/2/2019 11:17 | I'll need to do some digging and report back Elliss. Doesn't pass the sniff test, but that might be my vrs bias kicking in. What I don't understand is how he's got a gig with ii? | ![]() 2dinvestor
14/2/2019 11:02 | The reason I was looking through my notes was because I wanted to check my scrawl for the paragraph I took when Neill was talking about concentrating on 5 opportunities. In it I have written 'AECOM'...'aviation seat'....and '4 or 5 of the biggest sports companies'. I always try to write his exact words. So my guess for 'Big 5' is AECOM, Tunghsu, Graphene Enhanced Aircraft Interior Parts (rns - Nov 15th), Nike (or whoever the sporting goods collaboration is with) and I;m still pondering number 5... | ![]() woodpeckers
14/2/2019 11:01 | Actually the graphenes represent all the other 2d materials. They use that term even though it's technically incorrect. It's easier for the general public | ![]() 1teepee

14/2/2019 10:41 | Just rereading my notes from the GEIC and I have written that Neill said that the products supplied to AECOM are for "5 full scale 3D printed structures" and we are involved in 2 other projects with them... | ![]() woodpeckers
14/2/2019 10:29 | Dgduncan and SG, thank you for the insights on Miton. I totally agree dg re aim shares and tech analysis. However long term charts on aim shares can be interesting and with my very basic knowledge the 2 year chart for VRS looks very good for long term holders, given the news flow we are about to receive. | ![]() 2dinvestor
14/2/2019 10:27 | in the absence of news there is no reason why the share price should not keep falling. like most pi i have held because there is no way of knowing when it will arrive. | ![]() adejuk
14/2/2019 10:24 | Just hope the Chinese aren't too riled by boy soldier Gavin Williamson threatening to send an Aircraft carrier to the South China Seas. Hopefully they will just see it as an opportunity for target practise. | ![]() pshevlin
14/2/2019 09:37 | Not unless there is mass sell off by PIs. That hasn't happened to date just funds that have sold 50 mill plus over the last 18 months Aecom news could drop at any point which in my book is massive news. It's a case of looking into what that project is all about then you can see just how big it is. It's up to folk to have a look they more or less have all the details. Same re Tunghsu if you look into that it's potentially huge. Then the other one 99.9% haven't worked out and 2 others that escape me too. | ![]() superg1

14/2/2019 09:28 | This Nano magazine summary of emerging Graphene products in 2018 (with a mention of Versarien) is worth a read as it gives credence to Neill's recent comment on Twitter that we are only 'five minutes into the game' with regard to the actual commercialisation of graphene - Since we still do not have any official ISO or similar standard as regards graphene it can no doubt be argued that some 'graphenes' out there in the market-place are more graphite than graphene in composition but still labelled as 'graphene'. In the final analysis of course the 'graphene' supplied has to do the job and be a cost-effective solution to replace existing practices. It's still very early days to come to any conclusions of course as implied in the article but in my view the sooner we have that 'Gold Standard' ISO certification in place the better in order to differentiate the offerings to potential customers and to sort out who are the true comparable competitors from the 'imitators' who are no doubt still out there. I strongly believe that aspects of commercialisation such as 'Quality' 'Consistency' and 'Price' - in my view - will ultimately depend on being able to demonstrate, produce and to deliver in quantity to recognisable standards that meet customers' expectations. I therefore expect 2019 to be a pivotal year for VRS as it gains traction in the market-place to start converting existing opportunities into revenue generating business - slowly but surely. | ![]() vasilis

14/2/2019 09:19 | I agree peter, great sympathy for those underwater. Talking down the share and management doesn't help provide such comfort though or inspire confidence. Neill also tweeted a post showing the highs and lows of vrs share price over past couple of years. Ie this is a risk/reward growth share. If you believe in the story here, and if you hold longer term there's the possibility of good reward. I agree, no one likes a paper loss, and regretably some will sell at a loss due to circumstances, and become forced sellers. Which is in effect what miton are because of the general market. It's unfortunate their interest in yu plc has taken such a hit ? That stocks and shares for you. We all want to win here, but what can we do? My view is to wait out the churn. Simple as. Good luck all. Aimo. Best ellis | ![]() ellissj

14/2/2019 09:17 | Good post on LSE this morning... RobinHood69 Posts: 11,327 Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 113.50 JimmyToday 08:49There's a lot of advice for you there. Lets make it clearer. 1 - Have a look at who is working with a certain Chinese Railway company on supercapacitors. The info is most certainly out there. 2 - US FEDERAL AVIATION AUTHOURITY APPROVAL of VRS product to be used across aviation in the US manufacture of flying vehicles. The US are so liticious you can bet your bottom quid that they would most certainly not approve anything in the US thats not FULLY tested and proven. 3 - Gnanomat....who have they done work with and what do they specialise in ? Find that and follow what happened last week. 4 - AECOM - I do wonder if you have done the yards as it is clear via their statement that they need MULTIPLE uses for graphene / nanene products of very many different grades , spcifics and they need HUGE amounts which means they are really having to work and make sure 100% that the product supply chain WORLDWIDE can and will allow VRS and others brand new tech and all it claims , to actually come through. ONE order from them alone could use ALL VRS current production capabilities !!! ONE RNS Jimmy and you will not get a sniff of buying your £1.80. 5 - I refer also back to 3, you would see that if you have gone deep enough. Imho, too many traders constantly shorting then buying back shorting buying back. I am buying the dips every time so its fine with me. Others who wack a load in chasing the rainbow will feel high and dry just at this moment. Not long to go before the shorters get burned and the long term holders get the reward. Jimmy. Do not worry. At the moment China is on holiday until March, Gov pretty much closes down. US shutdown may have had a little impact on news from the US. These are both nearing an end. Just a couple more weeks at most imho. Nipping on a plane now to the US. I do like a longhaul, seeing a new country through fresh eyes makes me feel alive. | ![]() woodpeckers
14/2/2019 09:17 | Yes jim The guy with potty mouth that keeps shouting I'm very very important and everyone needs to listen to me or else. 14/2/2019 09:05 | I think we need a little sympathy on here for LTHs who didn't get in at the very low prices over a year ago. I have held a significant amount (for me) since the end of 2017 occasionally adding and selling (when my nerve gave way) Had I held all the way through I would have been a little better off but this is not a predictable share. If I had been in at 10p it would have been a lot easier to hold as I would already have made an absolute pile of cash so it doesn't behove those that were to pass judgement on the late arrivals. Their circumstances are completely different. I have been 40k better off in this stock (on paper) and that is a lot of money for me. It can also be a little annoying for Neill to go on about the great gains that some have made on here and disregard the PIs who got in later. If they start selling due to lack of faith everyone will take a big hit. Many are easily panicked. That is the problem with not having much II interest at present. So please stop calling people weak if they are concerned about the share price We all should be. | ![]() pshevlin
14/2/2019 09:05 | Yes jim. Good luck to you. But Funny how people trashing the share/neill on here don't 'push your buttons though,' logically given your circumstances ? I'd be distressed by their antics myself in your situation ? Each to their own. Best ellis | ![]() ellissj |
