Gosh if that's right that's nearly 49 million shares sold into the market by funds over past 6 months or so. No wonder the share price on stunning news has struggled and fallen back. The sooner they are gone the better especially with more news coming .

Well whoever was active yesterday are clearly not around today given the current volumes - if it's was Miton selling up then they have either finished or are not being as aggressive today.

PS

Typically fund stock appears as after hours trades as the MMs drop in the figures when they have been put through the market.

The fund supplies a lump to the MM and they just come through as buys on the market with an MM in those circs typically dominating the market open the offer. Just like we saw in early Jan and now confirmed as Miton, through the MM Bego.

BTW for a fee you can also get the data mid month. It obviously involves a fee but mid month data requires the data requester to get permission from the company first.

Just a case of watching the MMs and working out who has stock over and above what they have been picking up from PIs.

Fest If that was a Miton supply on China news then imo both of the Miton funds combined have less than you hold, if that helps.

BTW I think I have 3 of the big 5 in play but struggling/guessing on the last 2.

I just wish I had more time to dig at the moment.

I just want Miton out before any of the big 5 drops as news. Come on Miton chuck in the last lump.

BTW at the start point of their sell off they had over 15 million shares.

LO had 27 mill (all gone) and Herald had 7 mill (near all gone)

No guessing PS I can tell you down to the last share for the end of Jan but not what they may have sold this month so far.

I no longer specify the numbers on here to keep the traders and trolls guessing. It would help the bears knowing when to close their shorts.

We saw what happened over Xmas when entire Miton or Herald sold any as they were on a break.

Miton got very active when they came back. If they had been active for 3 months then we saw a supply on the China news, then the suspicion is they dumped a lump into the market on that news.

I'll give out the figures of zero when they are there, right after a few good folk have been told first.

Do you have any idea how many Herald still have? They don't seem to be dumping as heavily as Miton but would be interesting to know roughly what they are holding now.

A to clarify the holdings and selling.

At first quick glance I though it was Miton and Herald in Jan. I've just out some time into it and checked back through historic data.

It now makes sense re Bego as Herald typically use Singer.

The main bulk in January selling came from the Miton smaller companies funds, some from there had been sold in the previous 2-3 months too

Due to what was left in that fund it's reasonable imo to suspect that they dumped all that was left in that fund on that China news.

The reports I have are that Bego have done over 700k this month, that more than covers what that fund (smaller companies fund) had left.

Bego now on the bid at 116 with one other so at some point they may well flip over to the lowest offer to sell their stock. If they start selling multiple 10k's (or larger delayed ?) then it will strongly suggest to me they are still getting rid of the remnants of Miton. We shall see.

Another bit of info separate route. Bego have been dealing for a client recently. So that adds more fuel to the fire that they have been dealing with stock by Miton.

I think I said Miton and Herald for Jan, similar noms involved but now it looks like it was Miton and Miton (IE the 2 separate funds).

I need to go back when I have time to check older figures to work it out.

Either way the fund that held the most re Miton was down to near 500k as we came into February.

So as they sold big chunks for the previous 3 months it seems unlikely that they are not selling some this month.
