A really good update that gives me confidence to continue to hold and add. I won't be surprised though if it hardly moves the share price. This share is still unknown to most, but this is where Canaccord being involved should start to have impact.

Would have been fantastic to have a set up JV but these things take time. Focus on what IS in the RNS ... effectively 3 RNSs in 1.1) New MOU with Fortune 500 company2) Approval of product through National cheese testing facility3) Good progress on pre existing collaborations with a) confirmation of JV route alongside licensing and partner funding and b) detail as to initial areas being worked onVery satisfactory progress from a company with a roadmap to greatness.

We are now starting to see a clear plan how the overseas business will be set up, which is good progress. This is the sort of information the market will like."In parallel with this strategy, the Company also seeks to enter into or create one or more joint ventures arrangements with those partners incorporating a local manufacturing plant. A licence over the Company's technology will be granted to each joint venture in conjunction with strategic investment by the partner."

3D printed concrete. Next gen construction. Local chinese projects potential here, But intl scope too, esp in combo with aecom. Possible Dubai potential. But Here's some news on progress out in china. Aimo. Best ellis.

'Shanghai opens world's longest 3D-printed concrete bridge'

Published 24th January 2019

"It's 86 feet long and was created entirely with a 3D printer. Shanghai is now home to the world's longest 3D-printed concrete bridge, produced by a team from the Tsinghua University School of Architecture in Beijing.

The pedestrian crossing was modeled on the famed Zhaozhou Bridge, which was built between 589 and 618 in Hebei province, northern China, and is the country's oldest standing bridge. That crossing was made from limestone slabs, while the new structure, found in Shanghai's Baoshan district, was created using far more modern construction techniques.

The record-breaking bridge may not be as beautiful as its ancient predecessor, but what it lacks in aesthetics it makes up for in technology -- it was produced in just 450 hours and cost just a fraction of the usual price.Designed by professor Xu Weiguo, the bridge's body consists of 44 3D-printed concrete units, each measuring about 3x3x5 feet, while the flowing sides are made from 68 separate concrete slabs.

The bridge was printed piece by piece, using two robotic arms and technology developed by Xu. Tsinghua University claims the project cost a third less than a standard bridge of equivalent size...."

DAFAD - I see that China's IGCC is headquartered in the US:

IGCC (International Graphene Product Certificate Center) is a global independent third-party certification organization founded by China Innovation Alliance of the Graphene Industry (CGIA), Phantoms Foundation, a renown graphene platform based in Europe, as well as some other relevant organizations. The certificate center was officially established on January 18, 2018, with its headquarter located in the United States. The establishment of IGCC not only fills the blank of third-party certification bodies in the field of graphene, but also provides the market a reliable approach to distinguish high-quality graphene products.

IGCC relies on the advantages of various graphene industry platforms around the world, adopts advanced standards as the certification standard, integrates top-level testing resources, to provide professional, high-quality, and package solution of certification services to customers around the world, maintaining a contractual spirit for the industry and building a trusted platform for the market and decision-makers.

Impressive RNS this morning. There will be many individual contracts that spring from this announcement. China clearly are embracing VRS on several fronts.

Agreed Ellis. This enigmatic RNS needs to be read between the lines; there is more here in what is left unsaid than what is spelled out. The VRS China business model remains intact, developing and widening licensing and JVs with Chinese companies with global reach. This is an important RNS which sets the scene for 2019 and perhaps bears the hallmarks of our new NOMAD; detractors will struggle to comprehend its subtlety and scope.

We are all smart enough to see that there are no numbers Club. It is a process, remember Neill’s comments! Enjoy the minute!! The potential returns here are almost incomprehensible.
