This is part of the problem I have with chartists and VRS. The number of times over the last few months that we've had charts predicting tight pennants, breakouts, heads & shoulders forming, 50dma, 200dma... and it just comes back what I said a month ago, that the price will drift in the 118-130 range until there is a big order.

I think that some of the trading activity is from shorters trying to defend their position as the stock is very,very close to achieving a technical breakout from the range it has been in for the last few months. A close above 133.5 would do the trick imo and then it should accelerate upwards as the shorts throw in the towel and compete to close.

Time for the bulls to assert themselves if the breakout is to be achieved, and a nice RNS on Monday might help with that.

Bish... possibly true, but there's very little selling, the volume is incredibly low. In fact, it's impossible to sell any size, even if you wanted to.

Instead of worrying about the sp, I would suggest sitting back and enjoying the ride which I believe promises to be explosive. Good luck to all supporters of rugby this weekend. Hopefully, from my standpoint, England will win but I am not very optimistic. I will be missing the game, on the beach and a bit of diving.

The change of Nomad is purely a business decision - and Neill has wished Arden well for the future - plus Arden have remained as an MM (we now have no less than 8 MMs).

Just have a look at Canaccord's geographical cover shown on their map and see how that ties in with VRS's business strategy -

The only place not covered 'in situ' is Japan which is covered from London as far as investment decisions (Richard Champion) -

This Nomad change is almost as loud a 'clanging bell' as when Manchester University converted their loan into VRS shares at nearly twice the then market price. No way - in my opinion - would VRS have gone through the trouble of changing Nomad unless the strategic business requirements demanded such a change - AND that new business is clearly anticipated by VRS in the near future.
