What posters here said when Arden were appointed:

(I certainy agree they were a step up from the wretched WH Ireland. Hoping today's news marks another upward step)

Buys getting cheaper, impossible to sell any. Truly shocking trading situation. Makes me feel somewhat trapped.

Thanks SG that's helpful to know. Watch this space then. Different type of tech, but VRS would do well to look at how Microsoft got big :)

i Asked David Kerr at the investor day whether they would be interested in acquiring assets from companies like Haydale if as rumoured they were spending themselves into bankruptcy but he just deflected the question by saying it was more of a question for Chris and told a story of the Haydale bosses flying first class everywhere and him flying economy.

Don't shoot me for saying this, but apart from doubling our GEIC lab space, would there be any other benefits to acquiring FGR? Obviously we would need to sort it out once we had. What's the MC verses any assets?

Arden is part why I keep warning re Haydale. Haydale need cash and Arden will F them over. Just like they screwed Ray over making him the fall guy for their own doing shafting funds to get their fees.

I think this news falls in nicely with the GEIC investors day slides

Financial constraints/opportunities:

Strategic investment in supply chain or allied new technology
Overseas joint ventures/Overseas spin off/flotation
Scale-up capex

Good morning Superg1,

Just out of interest, why haven't you called the previous broker / Nomad a crook / seriously bent prior to today ?

Will this be your line into the future regarding VRS saying they are full of BS like all of the other graphene companies.

you did notice the massive failure in surface area for Nanene,

Didn't Nanene work out to be 58 Layers thick based on its 45m2 surface area per gram

Chill I could create whole series of very serious allegations around the word peeved that imo could end Arden.

Besides that VRS needed imo to move up a grade.

Alchemy the minor nomads are seriously bent and if you guys heard what they do the torches and pitchforks would be out.

Working on it btw.

BTW to change NOMAD you generally have to give 3 months notice. Also the new NOMAD has to do their own dd which takes several weeks so it isn't something that happens overnight.

As outlined in the GEIC deck Chris talked through about options to raise finding to scale - Listing their HK entity seems a bit more realistic now and would be a very interesting way to raise funds if even a small % of their China, Korean and Japanese momentum turns into real business

Further to my post 57878, another piece in a jigsaw that is pointing to an acquisition. An interesting development, following a Board meeting where any acquisition option would have been discussed and possibly agreed. It looks like VRS are scaling up!
