Agree, better feel to VRS this morning. Hopefully, news is very close and we can leave this range behind.

Remember the Pepsi challenge, well I like to think the graphene equivalent is the gnanomat challenge (50 tested). Ironically the producer with 'first' in it's name wasn't :)

VRS appear to have been present when Tunghsu were signed up as the new T1 partner. That speaks volumes and matters in Chinese relationships. I don't think the other T1 partners were represented, but happy to be corrected?

Yes SpId, unfortunately no-one else apart from VRS produces quality graphene, so Tunghsu won't be going anywhere else.. as already mentioned just makes it a far quicker process for Versarien and Tunghsu to collaborate and share results. Fantastic news.. not for all the other dross graphite companies though..lol

GEIC signed its membership on the 24.01.19. As we know it was announced by GEIC yesterday and Tunghsu today on twitter.

Watch this space.

I hope you guys are aware it is only a MOU not an agreement,

Do you know what the difference is ?

Until the agreement is finalised, it only a document saying your planning to enter into an agreement.

The future agreement is also non exclusive, this means they can work with other companies.

Some of you rampers around here need to be accountable for the BS you say.

Yep. The Tunghsu-Versarien connection is greatly strengthened by the GEIC arrangement. The ability to echange sample test results hand-to-hand instead of shipping back and forth brings greater immediacy to their joint progress.

Hi SuperG1

I am sure the ADVFN reader understand that Tunghsu have gone from working directly with Versarien and Nanene to now being able to use anyone's Graphene in their development of high-quality graphene materials, the development of new energy materials, improved graphene coatings and inks and composite materials.

I found some Dr AndrewD VRS posts very interesting, Do you know if he sold all of his holding in VRS,

May I ask how much Dr AndrewD asked you for, to invest into his fly wheel technology?

Good Evening Diversification,

I am sure your an intelligent investor,

Why do you think Tunghsu has joined GEIC rather than working directly with Versarien?

Fantastic news that Tunghsu has joined GEIC,

I really wonder if the MOU with Versarien will progress now that they have joined GEIC ? As we know from VRS's RNS the MOU was non exclusive.

joining GEIC will certainly save Tunghsu from the following MOU points.

· To jointly establish a "Graphene Industry Fund" to promote and support the operation and execution of graphene industrialisation projects;

· To discuss mutual strategic investments for graphene-based projects, the forms of which will be agreed in future discussions. It is envisaged that Tunghsu will provide financial support as well as strategic support and in return Versarien will provide the required intellectual property to enable the industrialisation of graphene-based projects; and

Maybe Tungshu are looking to see what the other GEIC Tier One members graphene is like, One Company already has a commercial production facility that only cost $1mil AUD to get a 100tpa production facility up and running,

All very well all these PI stories but the share price won’t lift off until we get a substantive deal announced.

I will check back in Q3 2020 on progress, to see if we have moved above 130p
