Ellis, spot on.

‘Our global perspective and cross-border capabilities enable us to identify strategic opportunities and deliver coordinated services across our offices around the world.’

This supports our next phase of international expansion. While the competetion are raising funds to stay afloat beyond the end of the year, VRS are considering strategic funding packages for industrial expansion imo. We know JV’s are on the cards from David’s presentation at the GEIC meeting.

From my research and also identified by SG in the groups annual accounts, Tunghsu group have a habit of taking a position in its partner. We know as a company NR has the shareholders best interests at heart and as such any deal will keep dilution to a minimum, but when you consider Tunghsu Group offer a gateway into China for the sale of its material. I remain quite excited at the prospect of Tunghsu adopting a model similar to Samsung, Apple and NEC’s stake ownership of Imagination Technologies. The difference being Tunghsu takes a position as security to fund VRS’s financial commitment in the JV. Our new brokers international offices will help support this and the more you research into Tunghsu the more excited you get.

I might be completely wide of the mark and this is my opinion only. DYOR.

luckykids - I'm not suggesting it was. Merely dismissing the assertion that a nomad/broker change is never good. ;-)

Bet canaccord liked their research of vrs. Geic getting a chinese rocket boost yesterday. US and Indian ambition per midas ceo. According to baker - 100 industry partners engaging with geic before xmas. I imagine plenty more to follow the next 12 mos? With NPL providing a characterisation service to those firms, vrs looks set fair to enjoy a good year. Better get a bigger hopper to fill neil & co :) aimo. Glalth. Best ellis

Hi Grabster, I know them quiet well.

Warwick Grigor will know them much better, He used to work for them and sold his business to them,

I really wonder why VRS need a new broker, Is VRS looking at raising more money ?

Expansion is always great, but some were bragging that VRS was only spending around $60k per month,

I thought the last ones had gone a bit stale of late, albeit after a good start, so happy with the change to a well recognised Co . Good.

Canaccord’s AIM Broker Client list looks pretty extensive, including IQE since 2003. The LSE list below quotes no NOMAD data, but CAG is also NOMAD to many on the list:

Thanks MoneySquirrel. Perhaps the capability for dual listing on another market (e.g. Hong Kong) part of the longer term thinking here?

Arden didn't last long, it sounds like a case of onwards and upwards, we will be needing a more capable company working with us, I'm sure our usual experts in this field will add some meat to the bones.

"Never known a broker change for a good reason with any other company"

Really spid? Seems there are lots of things you've never known.

After Versarien last changed broker/nomad (early May 2018) the share price more than doubled in the weeks/months following. And over the years I've seen lots of companies change broker/nomad without negative reason.

You just made yourself sound rather silly with that nonsensical comment.

This is positive for VRS, but the same old suspects will try to spin it otherwise.
