19/12/2018 08:22 | Come on Super, this is not all to do with funds "dropping" shares in. It is a fundamental problem re. the ability of VRS to finalise deals from MOUs. Once we have at least one the situation will change. If any of the funds thought this was going to rocket in the next few months they wouldn't be selling. At the moment we are gathering lottery tickets at the rate of several a month but like any lottery ticket we have no guarantee that it (or any) will be a winner. | pshevlin
19/12/2018 08:21 | Superg1 - Trump "warned" the Fed not to raise interest rate. So depending on his statement for 2019, it is possible today will be the trigger for a short "Santa Rally" for the rest of the week because the next few days are basically the last decent trading days left for 2018. Trade between Xmas and new year will be very thin as most of the city pals will be on holiday. | fuji99

19/12/2018 08:19 | Another very exciting collaboration, well done team. Interesting comment "in order to accelerate the industrialisation and market for graphene and other Versarien 2D materials, including Hexotene, "... We know obviously that we have Nanene and Hexotene, but this suggests we are producing other 2D materials... any thoughts? Also, though the market may want £ signs attached, we shouldn't forget that every collaboration will be bringing in immediate revenue. You can't explore the uses of our materials without purchasing some as Neill reminds us and they must need a fair quantity if they are going to explore them "within the fields of, amongst others, microwave and electromagnetic radiation shielding, heat dispersion coatings, 3D printing and flexible wearable devices. | woodpeckers
19/12/2018 08:18 | Pshevlin, not sure the MoUs are being discounted - I suspect that at the moment any connection with China is scaring investors away... | club sandwich
19/12/2018 08:18 | Absolutely hilarious that @superg claims to have knowledge over who is selling and why. He also seemed absolutely certain that a gang of evil shorters were desperate to buy the shares at 175p+. Whatever happened to that enormous short position that couldn’t close out @superg? I’d stick to the nudges and winks so skilfully applies by NR on Twitter. The definitive statements that you make on VRS (and other stocks you have pumped like Iofina) just make you look silly when they didn't pan out. Meanwhile, I think VRS are missing a trick. They need to introduce a new product called ‘Collaborene They can corner the market. | loglorry1

19/12/2018 08:17 | Interesting that chillpill but not surprising. "In fact that may have already started as two interesting offshore funds have already shown up on the register. One European and one from the Orient." | luckyorange

19/12/2018 08:15 | CS - I hope so. This is why VRS must be awaken on all fronts. Huawei is a good example as every firm is directly of indirectly owned by the state. There is always someone from the "Polit-Bureau" sitting at the board of directors. | fuji99

19/12/2018 08:14 | Fed today so the market will be waiting for that. Typically a fund will drop shares in on such news if they are still selling. | superg1
19/12/2018 08:13 | I seem to remember that VRS are developing a way to suspend the nanene in chemical solution ,to allow it to travel, also in some instances they can supply redymixed with the main substance. | p@
19/12/2018 08:13 | If it is a MOU then the partner has as much to lose through the loss of IP, as a partner they will ensure that it is all tied up through the registration process and that is what the UK gov have been backing and sorting out with the Chinese gov. It is in none of their interests to have the IP stolen , been through it so many times and provided links it is now getting tedious. | luckyorange
19/12/2018 08:11 | Unfortunately all these MOU's are now being discounted. If anything they are having a depressing effect on the share price the longer that it takes for any of them to come to fruition. It is quite possible that we will end up down today on what really should be good news and I think the BOD should now really be pushing some of the companies they are working with to get on with it or maybe even lose the collaboration if it is taking up VRS time and expertise that could be directed elsewhere.. | pshevlin
