I don’t how our resident paid basher Tim Kempster Log Lorry can be bothered to be honest. What a waste of time...and imagine how many more RNS’ may drop between now an the end of the year ;)

Manufacturing bases in China and the rest of the world close to the users. This allows planning for a new graphene industrial landscape. Looks like the Chinese are already way ahead in accommodating this wonder material and want the best.

Patience, bought and paid for.

Love the way Neill says "our planned venture in Jinan is intended to form the centre of the "Qilu* Graphene Valley"... and throws in, but "It is not intended that this will be our sole base in China, as the Chinese opportunity is so large"...
And in case that isn't enough "It is not intended that this will be our sole base in China, "....
And whatsmore, lest you forget, we are "assessing opportunities in other countries across the world. ".... :-)

As in the thread header. After considerable research between a few of us and reading various science papers that tested ‘graphene̵7; the opinion re Nanene was formed. The CPI seem to agree too.

No surprise their then re what China think of it. In a year of two the rest of the pretenders will catch up.

To have signed the MOU, a majority of the terms must be agreed in principle before final sign off imo.

Key points in today’s company changing RNS

• Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Jinan High-tech Financial Investment Co., Ltd ("JHFI")
• To establish a manufacturing centre in the Jinan Innovation Zone, Shandong Province, China
• To establish a joint venture for the manufacture and sale of the Company's Nanene, Graphinks and other related graphene products in Jinan.
• Envisaged that JHFI will provide funding for the venture in a structure to be agreed.
• Before entering into this MOU JHFI have undertaken significant analysis of our graphene products and we are delighted to note that they consider them to be world leading.
• Our planned venture in Jinan is intended to form the centre of the "Qilu* Graphene Valley" and pave the way to Versarien establishing a world class base in the Asian region.
• CEO: I look forward to providing further updates as matters progress.

Happy days eh! SG1 was right on timescales for this announcement with a lot more updates to come.

Stick that in your pipe Trolls and choke on it. LOL
