18/11/2018 21:10 | Good Morning SuperG1 re 48574 & 48755 I need to correct a few of your comments regarding FGR – First Graphene. Remuneration, excluding the share based payments to FGR to the director’s is very similar to its peers, If FGR see a second strike against the remuneration report at Fridays AGM (above 25%), Resolution 2 will then be able to voted on, this needs 50% of shareholders to vote in support for the resolution to be passed. If it is successful another meeting will need to be called in 3 months time. You are correct that many shareholders believe that Craig is lazy, FGR fail to communicate what he actually does. Over the past 12 months he has invented a method to wash / dry and sort commercial quantities of Graphene (patent pending), he also came up with the method of water proofing FireSTOP to allow for this to be used in exterior applications, He was also the person who secured VFD and Turbo Thin Film for FGR, Craig might be better suited as a Chief Operating Officer rather than the CEO now that FGR are moving into a Technology based company. Warwick did pile into Talga he was holding around 8% in the company, Warwick started selling out around the time when Mark Thompson granted himself a pay rise and asked to be to be issued a large amount of free options and shares, This was soon after WG successfully completed a CR for the Company, This is hear say, I have been told that Mark told the board that Warwick was okay with the pay rise and the additional share based payments, WG didn’t know anything about it until it was in the ASX announcement, a few weeks later the shares and options resolution 3&4 were pulled at the upcoming General Meeting. The ASX announcements match this story and would explain why WG departed Talga. Did you know that Warwick is the person in charge of the Executive Directors remuneration, he granted them the $244k in shares, WG has told me personally that CM and PY are hard working and deserved this additional payment, after hearing of WG previous history at Talga with MT he is against giving directors a free hand out. Mining in Sri Lanka, FGR have had some issues with mining, they probably started mining / development at a too shallow depth as they kept reaching historical workings, Due to the nature of vein mining, the veins get larger at depth, the Government graphite mine has been in production for 150+ year with its highest production being 30,000tpa of graphite. “Oh and I also have a message saying that Geic never tested the FGR graphene” Can you explain why the UoM and GEIC have a 3 year supply agreement with FGR, no other graphene company currently has this arrangement. Surprising don’t you think that they entered into the agreement with First Graphene and not Versarien Nanene or GNP-HP | spid81

18/11/2018 20:26 | Perpetuus seems to be doing the rounds again, had a quick look and this turned up. A quick history lesson on Perpetuus and Gratomic By all accounts, Perpetuus appears to be a firm that overstates its role in the industry. Although claims have been made as to an annual production capacity of 500,000 KG of graphene per year, this has not materialized anywhere as of yet. A lot more there to read and seems a reasonable write up to me. | luckyorange
18/11/2018 20:15 | Oh David stop complaining. You can set the record straight anytime you like. Are people right is $45,000 a kg about the right price? Why so glum that's 500x the price the competition sells to Ford at. -------- David Kerr @DFK007 I know, you’re right Mark, I’m just grumpy after 12 hours of flying and 15hr days for the past week in US just detest those charlatan’s that know nothing about Neill and the team @VRS and write such guff." | loglorry1

18/11/2018 19:41 | Just got to be a runner hasn't it? I know it has already been posted but it is a bit of the wow factor for me. "AECOM ARCH The AECOM Arch is a 3D printed arch to enable digital traffic management systems. It was developed in response to client challenges around funding and cost by installing a digital signaling system. AECOM looked at replacing the traditional bolt and screws method which took four shifts to install and came up with the concept of an arch that didn’t bolt to any of the existing tunnels and took only one shift to install. The concept was a 3D printed structure, which involves printing large-scale structures that support the signaling equipment. The size is 5.5m in height and 4m in width. With AECOM’s partners, Scaled, the company can print anything up to 20m in length and 4m in width on their machine, which is one of Europe’s largest 3D printer. The Scaled printer has the capability to print in concrete and graphene-enhanced concrete, but is currently being used to test different types of composite, glass fibre and carbon fibre. The method brings reduced cost of production and installation, time savings and enhanced safety." | luckyorange

18/11/2018 19:11 | Probably. He'll likely talk about how the Chinese are going to build him a £55m free, no strings attached, IP safe factory then 10 months later announce they are still talking. Or maybe say that ISO is weeks away then months later nothing happens. Or promise an update on collaborations only to then just say they are all still ongoing without further comment. Or perhaps he'll drop lots of hints about electric Jaguar cars on Twitter but then produce nothing tangible. Or that the next news will be a sale only to reveal a non-material press release for just 1Kg of Graphene that's not even Nanene. Or maybe he'll tweet that he's going to modify his TSLA to incorporate graphene to make it go twice as far on a charge because it really is that easy;-) Or that he's got some $100 headphones with some Nanene branding, a brand nobody outside of VRS or it's shareholders have ever heard of. Or he'll tweet that he's having Chinese for dinner. Thing is we've heard it all before. At £180m market cap what he needs to do is produce some material sales and not more hot air. He's a great promoter so we'll definitely get more promotion. Good luck. ------------- Do think NR will soon drown the shorters in the big hole they have dug themselves into!! | loglorry1
18/11/2018 18:59 | I'll be getting another 10k's worth tomorrow as an investment for my boys ... I have total faith in this companies current and future direction :-) | bgt1

18/11/2018 18:18 | Sorry for the repeat but somebody e-mailed me to say I've been accused of lying about Market Cap (s?). As he's filtered I don't know which one (s?) he's on about so here are all the figures copied from Yahoo finance for the Market Cap's Talga - $Au 97.845 @ 1.75 = £1 that's £56m First Graphene Au $ 62.596 = £36m NanoXplore $Cad 112.398 @£1 = 1.69 that's £66.5m Elcora $Cad 9.947 = £ 5.9m On the same yahoo finance site if you click on financials you can see that each one is loss making. I did spot one mistake NanoXplore I had at a £2.6m loss when it's a £3.62m loss. Feel free to copy and paste his apologies as I have no interest in reading his nonsense. VRS looks undervalued in comparison with the above. | serratia
18/11/2018 18:13 | What they want is for us to feel that we need to defend the company/our investment... I feel no need to do that... I have done my research and I am MORE than happy (so happy that I will be putting another £300k here at the end of the week)... IGNORE the morons, they are the desperate ones, we are the ones who are sitting happy, we are comfortable in the knowledge that we have done our research... they can say what they want but at the end of the day it will not make a difference... to all those short... read and weep... | woodpeckers
18/11/2018 17:57 | I googled what to do about internet trolls and came across the 100 types of troll. Not sure which definition fits it best but I'll go with: Frost Troll: “Like an infantile child who proudly sits in his own sh*t, the Frost Troll’s social ineptitude makes it nearly invulnerable to any criticism. Its Achilles heel is the rejection it faced as a youth. Maybe it was that rather unfortunately timed “cold sore” outbreak which was forever memorialized in the high school yearbook or that embarrassing first time experience with the poor girl’s armpit.” | magic beans
18/11/2018 17:44 | IT's been on there a number of times, a pub rule as we call it. It's a temporary ban, I'll stick you both back on but if you engage with those out to suit things up them it's another ban, hence the 'simple rules' point. Tim Fraudster is in with W Shak, Tom Win, Kev Taylor (Jaknife) and various others. I suspect for now Easybrent is also Tim. | superg1

18/11/2018 17:27 | AD The rule is simple. I don't want to read the trash the scumbags post I know much of it is false. Many others wish the same and hence the rule came in. So on that thread don't engage them. | superg1 |
