They all have international operations what are you on about!

This was a Non regulatory release. After 11 months they've gone from free £55m factory to non material news.

I think that's all you need to know.

May well be a non reg (Reach) RNS but states so much: 'Experts at the demonstration meeting consider that the graphene technology of Versarien has certain world leading position and can be introduced in China to strenghten technical co-operation between China and the UK".= - says it all with regards the quality of our product.....and the future :)

Just need to remember lawyers offices shut down for 2 weeks over Xmas. Also Chinese Year is early Feb and things slow down over there as well.

Minor in the overall big picture.

Yes so significant it's not deemed material news. Even a collaboration with a tiny earphone company made an RNS so that puts it into perspective.

The share price will go up for a bit as the excited puppies jump on the news but as we saw with the other China news it didn't last long.

Definitely wouldn't want to be out of this over the next 8 working days and onwards.

Chillpill, negotiations have been ongoing for several months already, expecting this to all unfold over the next few months. Time will tell and your right, either way, this among many others is a deal worth waiting for.

Global leader, first international mover, international collaboration, so excited I am bouncing off the walls.

Great stuff - LoI to MoU is the biggest step in the process. Given the number of parties involved I would expect the contract signed off in 2-3 months.

Good that deal structured around a JV as only way to go in China imo and will hopefully be structured to incentivise Jinan to protect the IP.

Maybe Ian Cowie is our new reverse indicator to replace Rainbow! Timing has never been his strong point!

Diversification the MoU might take several months to conclude so don't get you hopes up too much on timing.

It should be well worth waiting for though!

I believe Silk Ventures will be in the middle of all this.

Confirms what most already knew but the naysayers will no doubt remain..but who cares?! :)
