19/11/2018 07:27 | Teepee. I think you find he is still in bed. Whilst most were enjoying their Sunday roast and excellent sunshine he was frantically working all day still trying to trash vrs it appears. Should try getting a proper job. | ![]() flatcoat1
19/11/2018 07:24 | Blimey, lots of posts from detractors since I was here last. Have they come up with anything new yet? | ![]() grabster
19/11/2018 07:22 | I know that one aspect of the deal which has been under negotiation would of been the ability of VRS to remove money from China. This is why Matt and Peter’s presence is so important at goverment level. Do not underestimate the improtancd of this deal, this is a China, British collaboration of the highest order. Important to note is the weakness of the pound and the importation of foreign currency, effectively making us a Brexit winner. | ![]() diversification

19/11/2018 07:20 | Brilliant news. And less than 2mths from AGM. Just thought I would point out superg spot on with his timescale. Wonder if he gets the apology he deserves from a certain person. | ![]() flatcoat1
19/11/2018 07:17 | Time or the bulls to follow their imperious leader Neill, as he marches into China for global domination! | ![]() ny boy
19/11/2018 07:16 | they are mad for our world class products. "The MOU covers the plans for Versarien and JHFI, together with other parties in China as may be agreed, to establish a joint venture for the manufacture and sale of the Company's Nanene, Graphinks and other related graphene products in Jinan. Subject to the satisfactory completion of negotiations it is envisaged that JHFI will provide funding for the venture in a structure to be agreed." | ![]() jointer13
19/11/2018 07:16 | All what is happening with VRS reminds me - by analogy - ARM Holdings when it was starting to show its colours in the microchip design. It remained the leader for so many years. If I remember well, it had at least 3 times a share split of 1: 5 so when it was taken over by InfoBank, its actual share price was equivalent to more than £250. With VRS, we are starting a similar "technology revolution" which is now really happening. | ![]() fuji99
19/11/2018 07:16 | Excellent wording on Versarien's status as the world lead in Graphene. Our partners: "Experts at the demonstration meeting consider that the graphene technology of Versarien has certain world leading position and can be introduced in China to strenghten technical co-operation between China and the UK".Well done to the team! | redstone64
19/11/2018 07:16 | Peter Jay really seems to be doing the business after a relatively short time at the company. Congratulations to him and all at VRS. | ![]() melf
19/11/2018 07:16 | So we move from the critised LOI to MOU which is the first stage of a formal contract. For me this is great news, it has been several months since the LOI and I know that Matt and Peter have been working hard doing the necessary due diligence which can be said for both parties. China is a formality now, I am expecting it to be wrapped up before Christmas, an asian hub, multiple locations in the largest market for graphene. BOOM | ![]() diversification
19/11/2018 07:12 | absolutely love it ! | ![]() jointer13
19/11/2018 07:10 | "Before entering into this MOU JHFI have undertaken significant analysis of our graphene products and we are delighted to note that they consider them to be world leading." -- This is a blatant proof that nanene will dominate this sector and VRS will take the leader role for many years to come. I am anticipating that the next results will show a significant jump in sales and VRS could even be profitable. | ![]() fuji99
19/11/2018 07:10 | "Before entering into this MOU JHFI have undertaken significant analysis of our graphene products and we are delighted to note that they consider them to be world leading."The detractors are now looking a little silly! Close your shorts before you're thrown into financial ruin would be my advice! | ![]() f3rdinand
19/11/2018 07:10 | and what a strategy this is. "We are continuing detailed discussions with a number of other parties in China and assessing opportunities in other countries across the world. It is important for us to have facilities close to manufacturing centres worldwide and we will continue to pursue this strategy. I look forward to providing further updates as matters progress." | ![]() jointer13
19/11/2018 07:08 | all about the quality "Before entering into this MOU JHFI have undertaken significant analysis of our graphene products and we are delighted to note that they consider them to be world leading." says it all really. | ![]() jointer13

19/11/2018 02:25 | I'll be at Mello on the Monday - by far the best investor event in the UK ... I dont bother going to any other now as David Stredder who runs it has amazing speakers, only chooses high quality companies to present / meet the management and then you have an amazingly social set up to meet lots of other private investors to chat and share ideas with. Message me if you want to catch up there and can share mobile number. Best Mike | ![]() mikebrenner
18/11/2018 22:40 | Yet again some very thoughtful and informative posts this weekend. It does appear that all is coming together very nicely for VRS and it’s shareholders. The management team are very positive and I am looking forward to more positive news as and when it arrives. Some obviously still do not get it. VRS are the world leaders in high quality graphene. That is why so many companies are knocking on Versariens doors | ![]() phoenixs
