Teepee. I think you find he is still in bed. Whilst most were enjoying their Sunday roast and excellent sunshine he was frantically working all day still trying to trash vrs it appears. Should try getting a proper job.

I know that one aspect of the deal which has been under negotiation would of been the ability of VRS to remove money from China. This is why Matt and Peter’s presence is so important at goverment level. Do not underestimate the improtancd of this deal, this is a China, British collaboration of the highest order.

Important to note is the weakness of the pound and the importation of foreign currency, effectively making us a Brexit winner.

All what is happening with VRS reminds me - by analogy - ARM Holdings when it was starting to show its colours in the microchip design. It remained the leader for so many years. If I remember well, it had at least 3 times a share split of 1: 5 so when it was taken over by InfoBank, its actual share price was equivalent to more than £250.
With VRS, we are starting a similar "technology revolution" which is now really happening.

So we move from the critised LOI to MOU which is the first stage of a formal contract. For me this is great news, it has been several months since the LOI and I know that Matt and Peter have been working hard doing the necessary due diligence which can be said for both parties.

China is a formality now, I am expecting it to be wrapped up before Christmas, an asian hub, multiple locations in the largest market for graphene.

I am anticipating that the next results will show a significant jump in sales and VRS could even be profitable.

Yet again some very thoughtful and informative posts this weekend. It does appear that all is coming together very nicely for VRS and it’s shareholders. The management team are very positive and I am looking forward to more positive news as and when it arrives. Some obviously still do not get it. VRS are the world leaders in high quality graphene. That is why so many companies are knocking on Versariens doors
