@tini I don't think that's what he said at all but after it caused a bit of a sell off at the time the bulls including NS on Twitter quickly tried to give it that impression to cover up the gaff. I doubt he'll be back on the Justin show anytime soon. It was a PR disaster.

At 17:30 he clearly says "our plans are to be there in the next 3 to 4 years".

No matter because clearly he hasn't noticed companies are selling these supercaps currently using Graphene. See the link I posted. On batteries Samsung's new phone battery includes a Graphene element.

Meanwhile VRS can produce 1kg/day.

Another lie from you Tim. He said years away from wide scale adoption, not commercialisation. Those are two very different things, which you of course know.

You should really stop telling porky pies if you want to be taken seriously.

Now write it out 100 times:

I must not tell lies...
I must not tell lies...
I must not tell lies...

"What do other experienced people here with 'years under their belt' think?"

I don't think we are even close to this being a bear market. It's not even really a correction. It may well blow over.

However if one does develop then if the bear markets of post 2000 and 2008/9 are anything to go by story stocks on AIM, which have run up 600% due to the excitement of PIs, rather than having fundamentals underpinning their value, will be absolutely crushed. In a proper bear market VRS will be sub 10p IMHO.

One positive for VRS is they have cash to keep trading through such a period if it does happen.

Oh and BTW this applies to FGR too.

"I imagine gnano with their battery tech and know how could have had the pick of the field"

You are funny. Gnanomat were two guys and some very early stage ideas. Not even a patent granted (edited from filed). Their work on super capacitors was miles behind. One of the guys from Gnano on the podcast even said they were years away from anything commercial. Meanwhile companies like Skeleton Tech are leading the way in the field

I note Gnanomat are now looking to hire a CTO! I asked someone the other day in this industry what exactly did VRS buy in the way of IP as Gnanomat are now looking for a new CTO?

They said "a story to support a cash raise". I suppose it's no coincidence VRS raised a lot of cash for the acquisition then lo and behold Gnanomat took VRS shares. That might be a bit cynical though.

I imagine gnano with their battery tech and know how could have had the pick of the field. And they went with +nanene, having seen better results than their own (likely) grapene oxide/reduced grapene oxide. And plenty of majors in collab and testing have done the same, partnered with vrs. lucky - re Hong Kong right now: my brain is too old and tired to remember why exactly, but it is a necessary part of VRS's Chinese expansion plans.

Agreed. And clearly either by the electrochemical exfoliation of graphite method; (which talga also does btw) or by the production of graphene oxide by the vfm machine; these are differing products to vrs. Confident in my investment choice in vrs. Aimo. Dyor. Best ellis

Thanks anley, not speaking for anyone else just a personal opinion considering a company like Dyson spent £50 mill on a hairdryer it seems a snip now you come to mention it.

Value in two years time will be much more , we all know that, can't wait!

LUCKY..........sorry but you have made a statement which will bring comments from the sods we have on this BB.

"2D alone is worth............."

No one can value this at the moment of time...........perhaps in a year or two. I am not here to upset you just trying to help.

LuckyO - I think the motive for the recent increase in anti-VRS posts is not a coincidence and quite simple.

Allenby have been appointed to manage the FGR admission to AIM which they hope to achieve by the end of the year.

Any investor surveying the wreckage of the listed nanotechnology and graphene sector on AIM (with the notable exception of VRS) is going to ask what has happened and why VRS has done so well. This situation doesn’t help FGR at all as a new investor has to be convinced why they should buy FGR over VRS given the relative share price performance.

In short, the valuation and credibility of VRS needs to be undermined to help Allenby raise FGR cash so this isn’t going to go away for a while. I’m not suggesting Allenby or FGR are involved in running a disinformation campaign but others may have motives.

As I’ve posted before, I want several successful nanotechnology companies to be listed on AIM as it will be mutually beneficial but I firmly believe a company with a sound balance sheet not in need of rescue funding is always going to have a significantly higher m/c than one that doesn’t. Both may have products that are going to succeed but you need to be around to deliver.

Reasons for shorting VRS.

CEO has a lot of skin in the game therefore he is going to sell them all.

Sold some options to fund a science lab at old school which the school admitted had been delayed due to them.

Bought a Tesla on finance.

Valuation, Tim wants to value it on PE now right now and demands to know what Nanene sales are... don't tell 'em Neill 👍

Never trust a CEO that posts on twitter , it may not be the truth.

Valuation , not valued using standard metrics so must be overpriced and Tims mates told him it's a good idea to focus on that , they have bought back their shares because we are at an inflection point and won't care about Tim losing.

Reasons for buying.

Down to the choice of the individual

2D Tech alone is worth the current m/cap.

agree with you on that spike

hence the amount of desperate posts on here, they know news is upon us.

and with the right news the share price could hit £3 in very quick time.

all looking good...just think how fast we have progressed this last year.

all gearing up for the events that are about to take place.

looking forward.

Hi Superg1, here is part of my HC post from June 2017 to a guy called Jumpstart.

I hope this clears up the history, I really hoped you would stop bring up FGR.

Hi JS,
I have had time to research your post,
If you actually bothered to do proper research you would see Peter and Craig joined ROB/ MRL (Former company names of FGR) in Dec 2012, ROB had carried forward loss of $51.6 Mil at 30 June 2012 your post implies that members of the current board have blow investors money, the recent history tells a different story.

ROB were looking at Coal assets in Mongolia as well as projects in other countries, In the prospectus they advised investors of the possible regulatory changes that may be brought in which would make it uneconomical for mining and foreign ownership.

On the 9th of April 2013 MRL (after name change from ROB) secured an additional project being Graphite in SL, the same announcement also provided an update on the political situation in Mongolia, I also detailed that they were reviewing the coal projects in Mongolia,
24th April 2013, after completing the review of the Mongolia coal assets only one locations was suitable, although the vendors terms were not suitable to MRL,

End result MRL is now FGR, in the 4 years of Peter and Craig have achieved the following (along with the new board members)
- 39,500ha of exploration licenses,
- 2 mining license,
- 3 shafts,
- They have one of the world's highest quality graphene 1-7 layers (4 layer average), most likely FGR are also the lowest cost producer,

"The bulls must find a differentiator here to justify the premium.
None of the reasons given so far come close to achieving that."

Says who? Telling others what they "must" do. Arrogant so-and-so!
Many of us do see how the many jigsaw pieces are clicking nicely into place. Far more nicely than any of the one-trick ponies that you have so far presented as better examples Tim. Far more pieces already in position.

If you continue looking for what differentiates this jigsaw from other jigsaws, you won't find it in any one piece. You will find it in the greater number of pieces already on the table and nicely linking into parts of a very interesting picture.

Or to switch puzzle formats - Do you remember those 'magic eye' pictures that were all the rage a while ago? Some folk never could see into them and could more easily insist "There's nothing there as far as I can see." But there was.

Like I said earlier, if you are picking up each individual piece of a jigsaw in turn and saying "I see no picture here.", you are (intentionally of course) attempting to mislead.
