Looks like another damp squib RNS for the rampers to cling to as the share price takes another dip.

XGS are selling graphite. That is why it took them 4 years to to convince Ford to try it as a sound insulator. Lol.

Simply NOT True.

Hy were they at a Graphene conference with NR on a panel about Graphene standards.

Look at their data sheets. They are selling products that compete directly with Nanene and selling and producing them in large size.

Smallish company so reason why is it reg news. Must be whatever is being talked about between them, perhaps it opens up a sizeable order for the other company.

Should be a Vox interview and hopefully Justin will get in the US visit.

The shareprice was way below the placing price and yet we didn't see load of shorts running to cover.

The FCA published short I interest also shows very little short interest.

I think some here are just ramping and likely selling their own positions down as they do.

Well done neill and co;

This last paragraph caught my eye !

“Our existing collaborations continue to progress and I look forward to providing updates in due course, together with announcing others that are currently in discussion.”

Of course, not surprised, geic opening soon. I imagine plenty of interest, given the express aim of geic is to scale up and take graphene out of the lab and onto the shop floor into products.

The next 12 months should see this emerging industry on a sounder footing, and it looks to me as if vrs are very well placed here. Exciting times ahead for holders ! Aimho. Dyor. Best ellis.

VRS has signed the agreement with one of the UK companies in the group, Advanced Insulation Ltd. It's the turnover of this single company that a previous poster picked up rather than the turnover of the whole group.

Tim

I'm looking forward to all those buys they need to make especially if we run into the bigger news.

If Miton are holding (seems so from the Sunday Times article) then Herald have less than 1 mill.

Take in the PB flipping which isn't far off done and the cupboard to escape by the normal means is getting bare.

There is one person over .5% I believe.

Guaranteed buyers :-)

Schlumberger is just a tin pot operation, no point in working with them .

Can't believe that someone could get it so wrong .... pathetic!

Tim/loglorry - the accounts you choose to point to in your link, for a company you dishonestly dismiss as "lossmaking" show a profit for the last full year (2017) of £5,259,106 after tax. The company turnover is 32 times greater than you dishonestly claim.

SuperG can you tell me why XGS Graphene GnP solutions are inferior to Nanene? Why do University of Manchester want FGM to supply them with materials?

What justifies a 10x bigger market cap at VRS other than a highly promotional CEO who spends house each day on Twitter?

There is nothing to suggest VRS's GnP are any better (or worse) than many other products out there other than the fact that they never turn collaborations into sales.

Calling people names and blindly slagging off and dismissing the competition makes you look blinkered and naieve.

Good luck though.

Typically Tim is just doing the bare amount of research and spouting figures to suit his own agenda. Try looking at the group accounts. Numpty.

Brilliant collaboration. The world wants VRS nanene - how do you knock that! Very soon, I think we will find the collaborations turn into orders. I can wait. We are at the cusp of graphene being incorporated into most things used on a daily basis.

It’s the sector that is of importance, not so much the company. Graphene will enable the company to grow and if the solutions are unique, the wider industry could adopt new product. I am personally judging each collab by sector, not company who are ultimately the gateway.

Having said that I wish the collab partner all the success and hope they tear it up as first mover.
