To my mind, if a BOD of a company are proved guilty of fraud etc. It should then be treated as a 'proceeds of crime' case, and the legal liability should in retrospect pass from the company to the directors themselves, making them responsible and their personal assets available as compensation to victims, inc shareholders. If legally possible, that might help, especially on AIM ! Aihmo.best ellis

mm's made a fortune on the way down and they will on the way up with that spread, however it does make it difficult for the primary bidders to flip.

A close above the PB price of 145p today would be psychologically important to send us into the weekend with optimism; ready for a positive areticle from Ian Cowie in the ST on Sunday and good vibes from NR at the NGA Expo on Monday.

The trouble is ,the big Institutions conduct these placing frauds continuously ,so unless they are brought to book,it won't stop.

I used to watch the bbc 'money programme'years ago, and i recall high profile fraud cases in early 1990's fell apart in trial, because 'the frauds were too complex for juries to understand.'At the time i thought, wild west here we come. Basically since then, the city of london can virtually do what it likes. Of course these things move in cycles, but change is needed i suggest. Aimo. Best ellis.

This article wasn't the trial featured in the money programme, but serves to show the issues at the time, and since imo. Best ellis

Just to add some more.

Another reason for filter is not to engage re agent provocateur circs.

In other words evidence can't be used if the person seeking to gain the evidence does it by those means. It can be inferred that things were only said to the person asking the questions try to draw it out of them.

As they speak freely of their own accord and lie for gain it's simple.

Richard

I haven't looked at the comments I'm just commenting on things people say on here and stating facts about closed periods.

In news VRS have clearly stated there is more to come and they will update us.
