This blog post from 4 years ago shows state of play graphene industry then. VRS not mentioned , too early. But vrs would fit into the 'graphene based compounds' section. There you will see the names of firms who are still there, and treading water it seems. Meanwhile, new kid on the block, vrs is racing ahead. Aimo. Best ellis

another: if an II had been given a heads up, it would have leaked and there would be very significant buying, besides Neill would not IMO want to treat II's more favourably than pi's.

like CS posted, yes it is complex on so many levels but surely VRS should know by now if the junctures been reached in negotiations where there are impasses for a deal to be made or not. I wonder if indications been given to the cornerstone investor / IIs?

Re - Singer, as far as I can see they are trading normally, their MM looking after VRS seems to have taken a liking to trading it (presumably because it has become predictable from their point of view i.e. plenty of both buyers and sellers at around this level).

i.e. they have been almost always (today and later yesterday) close to or at both the bid and offer. Unlike previously where they doggedly stuck to the offer to shift a big order.

But I am no expert - just saying what I see using L2

Whilst we all hope The China Daily article is correct, journalists often get it only half right, so tread carefully 😁. I’m sure VRS will paraphrase the FT slogan *No RNS , no comment*

Steady on guys! The Jinan factory was already built in February this year, nothing material has changed. If a Heads of Terms or contract had been signed we would have been told. It is simply a newspaper story - no more or no less until told otherwise.
