There has been someone offloading around 180 for the past week or so. One they are gone we will be straight through 2 quid. If we get China news will be 3 quid.

A key point there re the appointment (that's why it's good to know) is that this is someone in South Korea that has already build up relationships with the DIT and Matt Walker.

So not some random appointment but obviously considered one that was necessary to link it all up through the DIT and VRS over there.

I can count can to 10 in Korean perhaps I can go. The other Korean bits I know are all how to punch and kick people so that won't help much I suspect.

Oh unless they have nomads over there too then that would be very useful.

Neill speaks rather quickly and packs so much into a casual phrase that precise listening is essential. Glad to hear others version but mine, of perhaps the most critical bit is:

"China went from single deal signed Feb to over 30 now and rising all the time. Shows how important these guys are and how increased our workload."

For me, that leaves it unclear as to the number actually signed as LOIs or whatever. But I don't really mind. I believe they are deals in a meaningful form of some sort. Neill is actually quite tight with information on things until he is ready to say them.

he did say from 1 to 30 signed in China, but he must have mis-spoke: we haven't signed any yet (in terms of a binding contract, we have 1 LOI).

Anyone still want to prefer his version of events over mine at the ID? here he is clearly mis-speaking on the record.

[edit] unless they've signed 30+ LOIs but not RNS'd them? I recall they didn't want to RNS the Jinan LOI, but there was a camera crew there...
