Lovat, I assume the HL, Barclays etc amounts are PI shares held in nominee accounts.They state 32.39 percent are not in public hands, take off NR CL and WB holdings that leaves over 18 percent held by institutional investors - not public. That equates to 7 or more II holding just under 3 percent each for there to be no disclosure. Miton and Herald are always mentioned as the only II holders but working on above there must be more. Am I correct in my assumption or am I missing something?

The notification system isn’t perfect and often people think it’s someone else’s duty or are ignorant of the rules. It also depends sometimes which type of funds or managed accounts hold the shares the manager runs , leading to much confusion!

ashehzi, that FT video has to be a positive for general awareness, and for us lays out the ground for a major impact from any China deal, but can't help feeling a pity the only specific was the Innov8 shoe rubber, and that Haydale got the prime industrial spotlight. What a lot VRS could have said in its place - but 90% we can't say! Pity not even a mention of VRS though.

Last notification from Herald 4.73% 22/01/18. Since then no notification they have even dropped below 3%.Why do we think they are nearly out SG?

The sold out point for Herald must be imminent, because even though they are wringing out sells and buys at only 0.5p either side of the mid price, they are looking for more stock.Because, I can sell up to 25k shares at 172.2p, and 70k shares at 170.5p

so we have dedicated reps in Korea and the US, Bruno and Peter in China, a collab partner in India, the UK team taking care of Europe and Matt handling the rest of the world.

All shaping up very nicely. All we need now is for it all to start bearing some fruit...

Fest

Quite simply a supply which looks like herald is in play. When that happens they sit on the offer then many PIs selling go to other MMs who will flip it onto the offer sometimes under the supply offer price. It's then a decision by the MM (depending on agreed price exit point or average price) to step over those on the offer to offload them.

As said I believe its Herald and at this rate they will be at zero very soon.

Just a case of watching the price paid or if it moves off the bid, while keeping na eye on PIs sells.

Miton don't have that many left either considering they had 15 mill or so in the spring.

Me to hoping for the same , they will only do it when it is right for the company and shareholders so if it happens will be amazing .
Lots of other interest and callaborations still in the pot .

Rafboy - I'm expecting/hoping for a maiden China deal by Christmas. That will have been 11 months, so IMO long enough to sort the IP/valuation issues...
