My take is haz needs must. The game has to be played. And neill and co are doing a superb job. So much is nda we can't see what's what, but we know there is serious interest in vrs from major corps worldwide. Our connections to uni's and govt second to none. Geic opens dec. Plenty of news interest then. Lots more blue sky revealed. Cornerstone investor arrived. Step change here. Aimo. Best ellis

SG - it’s really hard to play private investigator and come up with hard evidence as all firms have to abide by client confidentiality rules - thus getting the slam dunk evidence that authorities can’t ignore is nigh on impossible.

Now what if VRS presented all the coincidences and asked the authorities to take a look......? How good is that relationship with AIM?

Lucky

Nailed on easy to trace but first thing is to establish if there is a bread crumb trail to follow.

How is it be that odd shorting goes on Friday just before close.

First up is to cross reference every Arden employee with all known bears in TW camp and see if there are any links.

After all Arden is the first stop to eliminate them.

I love a conumdrum.

What a stupid frigging tweet if they have, what a complete idiot. It may be coincidence of course.

Insider trading superg, will have happened many times if that is the case and as lovat says should be easily traceable for the powers that be.... if they feel inclined!

Too obvious though, nobody would be that stupid would they? However greed sometimes knows no bounds.

I agree, working capital for processing orders is vital. Patience reqd. Pleased to see superg say more to come from gnano, via interest from li ion battery manufacturers/automakers i imagine. Global battery race is on, and we are ahead of the game in this field according to neill. Re china, Jinjan would have first bite, if etiquette followed ? Seems to me vrsbis playing the game well re usa/china and uk/brexit. Given this backdrop, prospects remain v good. Aimo. Dyor. Best ellis

You can see where I'm going with this.

IG shorts suddenly went to the highest client number on Friday afternoon, so much so someone spotted it and mentioned it was odd.

The cynical part me now with good reason wonders if the nomad or someone connected leaked it to persons who then side traded short.

EG went short in knowledge then stuck in bids into primarybid for the same amount which would cancel their short position with gauranteed gain.

If so it could be that there was sudden activity late last week and how coincidental would not be that all that went short just happened to have managed to get in on time in primarybid, while a host of private shareholders were caught cold and couldn't react.

The coincidence would be compelling.

Can I establish that info, or know of a route that can, we'll see. Are certain city folk in knowledge of the fund Arie connected to bears.

Definitely worth a look imo and a bit of work, sorry understatement there not a bit or work LOADS of work.

Don't goad cyncial bear it may frustrate and investigation. That tweet may be just coincidence but I see all the followers are the shorting lot that trashed VRS.

If that lot suddenly has a sudden rush of short positions late last week and all magically got on primarybid, then Xmas has come early imo.

Any other similar tweets out there or posts anyone, I have so many of filter.

Festario, they need the cash to prove to prospective customers that they can deliver month after month, overtrading has killed many a business and any customer will want to know that VRS is a sustainable enterprise and can deliver month after month.

'Surely if you sell more, you’ll have lots of money coming in. That’s good news, isn’t it?

Not necessarily.

There is something called overtrading which is a serious problem to watch out for. Overtrading occurs when a business expands its operations too quickly, selling more than its underlying resources can support – essentially running out of cash.

Here’s an example. Your business sells lamps at £100 per unit. You buy in lamps from a supplier at £70 per unit. You make £30 profit per lamp.

At the beginning of the month, you have £7,000 in your bank account. On day one, you get an order for 100 lamps, producing a £3,000 profit. But you have to spend £7,000 on lamps from your supplier, immediately paying out all the cash in your bank account.

The customer has purchased on 30-day terms and their £10,000 invoice will not be paid to you until the end of the month. You therefore have an empty bank account for a whole month.

On day two, another order for 100 lamps comes in. However, you don’t have any money to pay your supplier for the second order until the end of the month.

At this point you are overtrading – selling more than you can deliver – and your business has no cash. Most probably you will lose your new order to a competitor.'

I hope that clears it up.

Likewise, I saw it too but just thought it typical shorter banter! Their post history suggests to me a link to shareprophets given the amount of retweets undertaken when the account was first set up.

just a quick one...nice to meet some new faces.

lot of people there.

I was glad I was able to make it.

notes.

having more money helps to accelerate the business more easier.

robust system in place re money spent on right things.

bigger equitment=longer lead times.

collabs..not one has failed.

I see that getting closer, re orders.

collabs..not interested in iso standards.

jv lockout on m/c supplies.

graph x 10 ?..medical video...they were really excited about that.

china...more than 30

peter jay...jinan moving on at a pace.

experts very happy with our graphene.

Well I didn't go but appreciate the posters updates that did.

Great that the Jinan deal is turning into a MOU at last and it's all there in black and white that even with all of the money that China and Chinese companies have put into graphene they cannot come up to the spec that VRS has.

Charts show a brief test and bounce off 1.60, 1.70 and now 1.80, hard to read but has a lot to do with the support line which bootie and then john henry drew.

(john henry)

(bootie)

john henrys second tighter line seems to be in play at the moment and has happened a lot sooner than expected, which to me looks like we will be hitting 2.50 sooner than expected.

A number of factors involved in this, if there is a large short out there then they really do need to close which of course involves buying shares... cornerstone investor underpinning the share issue and company so others will become aware and interested.

Arden , when they stop the shenanigans that some have alluded to(rainbow for one) it seems will start to bang the drum for VRS, it would do a lot for their credibility.

Sentiment was very high (which concerned me a couple of weeks ago), but any concerns I had have been somewhat allayed by the information coming out of the AGM.

I think we will be saying goodbye to anotherdrink by the end of January 😉

SG - it would be the easiest of investigations. All that’s needed is the authorities’ desire to pursue it. How difficult is it to examine and cross reference the recent trades and the applications to Primary Bid? No answer required !

I remember the tweet clearly and it was the second thing I thought of at 5pm on Friday after realising I didn’t have funds available!
