L2 is amusing.

In auction 10k on the bid at 184p and someone has put in 499 shares on the offer at 170p.

Besides that the normal spread is 180-185.

EDIT the 499 now changed to 180p

TW et al. I think you might find if you read on in the RNS you will find this sentence "The Company may, at its sole discretion, elect to increase the total number of New Ordinary Shares available under the Offer."
