As I said JH I wish I could say more. IG are just a bunch of small shorts about 15 plus clients so I'd imagine 250k plus shares wanted.

That's just IG we haven't discussed others. Bears think they are all mates and a tight ship. lol

IG web interface seems crashed as all stocks are not trade-able. However, I can do it via L2 software (of course just checking, not selling).

fuji - I'm on record as predicting a share price of £10-£20 by end of next year. I haven't raised that estimate as a result of Friday's deal, but I think it more likely now than ever IF everything pans out.

Has it ever occurred to you that you really don't understand Versarien, the sector(s) they operate in, the quality of the company's mgmt, the ties they have to various graphene orgs, catapult centres, the UoM, Cambridge, Liverpool etc, the importance of the 20+ collab agreements they have signed (not all of which, of course, will result in orders, but we only need a few) and the support they have from government?

I'd close now, if I were you. Oh, sorry, you can't, there's no stock around...

Well, I'm one of the crowd who missed out on the Friday evening fund raise. No problem. I actually found it amusing! What a hoot. The thing is I have such confidence in NR and team I knew that their action would benefit me. I am more interested in the strategic moves for which they raised the funds. NR, let me know if you want any more cash...and you don't need to offer a discount either!

The story of this company tells us all that anything below £2 is a steal.
In 6 - 12 months the share price will be in another dimension.
12 months ago it was 15p.
12 months from now this could hit £10 as soon as the whole machine is oiled up (trial results followed by orders, one by one, China, India, the US, Accreditation).
By the way, when VRS will be fully accredited, it will be the STANDARD for nanene.
So if one looks at the whole picture, a few pennies here and there, today or tomorrow will look ridiculous in say one year.

I tried myself with my trading pot which is ideal and no go not even small amounts when the MMs took it down.

Shorters have no hope of closing either.
