If that's an issue, then an amendment to the RNS can be released.

John Henry, because the pre-offer RNS could not have been clearer, it said 2M. People, including me made the judgment on the amount of new issue, and the dilution, versus the discount price of the new shares.

The primarybid email indicated that after the offer finished, i’d Be advised how many shares I got, clearly implying that an oversubsription would result in people getting pro-rata, not more sharesbeing allocated.

Given they issued more than double the figure in the pre RNS, it appears the cut off was arbitrary. And in that event, they should have stated a maximum allocation. In theory the RNS this morning could have said they just issued 100M shares. How happy would existing holders be that their holding was diluted by that much?

As it happens i’m Happy I got my shares, but concerned by how lax the offer was implemented.

fuji 35762 - When I started to invest in our company I thought to myself anything up to £2 would be a steal, I first bought on a high and continued to buy all the way down to 118p, I was fortunate to have purchased most of my modest holding at the lower end, have a couple of small top ups to bring me up to my target so hoping the share price doesn't rocket too much in the next day or 2

That is how it rolls TW, I would guess a couple of II's who have given the company plenty of support will have been offered some as well, it's all about inclusion.

They won't need to raise any for quite a while now, unless of course there is a must buy out there.

fuji - that's just short-term, say by end of next year. As China, Korea, India and the US gear up (plus whatever else is on the drawing-board!) I expect this to be far higher eventually. I wouldn't rule out £100 in 5 (or so) years IF it all goes to plan...

It’s not a question of the cash, it’s a question that the pre-offer RNS bore very little resemblance to what they did, which is concerning.

TW. I'm sure all the cash will be put to good use. More large machines at the very least and expansion of production facilities including the new one in Spain.

Interesting and very lax. The offer terms clearly said allocation of 2M shares. They allocated 3.55?m.

“...to raise not less than GBP2.9m by the issue and allotment by the Company of 2,000,000 new ordinary shares”

If they were happy to allocate more than stated, why the arbitrary cutoff time and amount. And they should have made that clear in the RNS

CS - Amen ! I agree that £10 - £20 will be the direction when the production motors are powering ahead as what we see today are the planted seeds of a great company. The great companies all started in the same way.

SuperG shorters in general, imho most would have closed .

Open trades we know the downside Zero. Shorts face unlimited loses and could be wiped out.

VRS could announced a Mega Chinese deal and open up 100%
