Yes Spike, there's a lot of mugs about. If vrs "makes it" though, I'll be long gone. I have my target and that will do. Leave something for the next man.

Spike-I agree totally with your philosophy, and sadly for some people tomorrow doesn't always come in life. I've seen this personally by losing 2 very close friends suddenly in their early 40's and as a consequence, as a family we now enjoy life to the full.
I'll be 50 later this year, and whilst I'm certainly not as wealthy as some on here, my aim is to continue enjoying quality family life and give my kids far better start financially than I had and VRS will help me do that I'm sure!
See you all at the AGM
PS. What a great bunch of people on here......with a few exceptions lol

Zag: re your: I'd rather go to an AGM where the company actually has "made it"

I once went to an AGM where there were so many shareholders i.e. the company had 'made it', that it was held in the Albert Hall ! - honest! The Chairman was a Bernie Cornfeld.

Look up the name and you'll see what happened to him and his company!!!

Best wishes - Spike

I'd rather go to an AGM where the company actually has "made it" rather than just be very promising. I remember watching an AGM (or something) live at The Gherkin in London a couple of years ago where I saw many shareholders all worshipping at the altar of the CEO and his minions where much was promised but nothing delivered. Maybe next year (Rodders lol)

Johnveals - not at all. I think VRS is the Apple of the 4th industrial revolution, and could have a MC to match, eventually. Maybe even before I shuffle off this mortal coil...

Gosh, what a cracking bunch of folk inhabit this board; an island of civilisation in the midst of the ADVFN swamp. Really looking forward to meeting y’all at the AGM. Did Neill say that name badges would be provided or do we bring our own? I recommend the latter, inscribed with our B.B. names as well as our real ones. It would give this family some extra glue for the future.

Holy bananas Spike, that is unreal. Well I've just caught the boating bug but if vrs comes good I fancy one of these. However talking about what could be usually ends up in disappointment but us humans are nothing but ambitious. Must be the lobster in us lol

Having survived heart failure a while back, what I'd really like is to visit King's Lynn, it looks lovely. And Whitby. If VRS hits £2 this year, and I think it's possible, I might treat myself.
