Nothing to be concerned about sonny, shorters probably convinced that 1.50 is where they will make their fortune but suspect that there may be a news logjam considering how quiet the musketeers are .

what he's implying is that they haven't changed anything and that anyone posting that this AGM is somehow different to last year (in this respect) is, quite simply, wrong.

And rightly so! Have you all forgotten that he's the largest shareholder - aligned with other shareholders etc., etc. He says it on almost every podcast. Have some trust in him.

The ability for VRS to raise a few quid quickly for strategic investment and help grow the company is presumably a good thing.

I also saw in the AGM resolutions that VRS are asking to renew the authority to issue approx 50m shares without seeking shareholder approval. That’s some increase in firepower since the last AGM!

The increase of course is the change in the share price which significantly enhances the cash raised for shares issued and less dilution needed for any fund raise if they need one.

As I said it’s RENEWING authority - nothing has changed. The point I was trying to make is that the rise in the share price gives VRS a lot more bang for their buck should a good use of shares arise.

I was not suggesting a share issue was imminent. Apologies.

A slight tweak the extra shares. One third just like last year.
