On the investor day he explained its the cash between civil servants and politicians that accuses the deal.

Since then as we now known a further 23 Chinese cities and companies have taken an interest.

Good job they changed that document to a non binding LOI before they would sign it over there.

That was probably Shandong trying to corner VRS for themselves in China.

NR and co don't fall for VIP status and national TV, they read the small print, there is no rushing them.

To my mind, this announcement is a bold statement of intent by usa, determined to catch up and then lead the graphene race. Bringing vrs, the likely world leader into the heart of their development speaks volumes. I wonder if this announcement today makes a NY listing more likely ? Aimo. Best ellis.

The funds will only buy if the stock is there.

Currently it's singer on 132p, Arden and Cantor on 133p and 134p possibly only have what they picked up at 127p on the small bits of selling.

Two things occur to me:

1) China - it seems clear the stumbling block is valuation, i.e. China not offering enough because their is very little actual commercial proof yet as to the value of nanene / VRS.

Well guess what VRS are essentially saying 'stuff you if you won't pay up' and guess what, we are going ahead with bringing Nanene to the U.S. ahead of you ;0)
This should make the Chinese bean counters take note.

2) One of Neill's favorite sayings is 'you don't know what I know'. But guess what he has effectively just told us at least some of it. This statement is very unusual from Neill, so it is intended to be taken VERY seriously (IMO):

Shareholders will be aware that we take a prudent view on capital commitments and scale-up as and when demand dictates we do so. Our European equipment supplier is aware that market-take up will require either significant quantities of standard equipment or custom designed equipment and we intend to enter into a collaboration with them at the earliest opportunity.

Peel did 400k yesterday and they were the ones left on 130p on the offer. They have moved now to 135p.

They have wide spread so it looks like they are just dealing in PI buys and sells.

I agree with superg. Some big news on the way regarding iso and a major order with a big name. That's why we can afford these guys on the staff. Neill already knows we will soon be rolling in cash.
