There is no stamp duty on AIM SHARES. This was abolished several years ago. If you are not convinced check your transaction details and/or google it

I would say that just a little more patience is required. A number of collaborations about to yield results which I believe will lead to orders. At that stage I would expect some clearer info. However I do not expect to hear nuts and bolts of the orders. That would be asking VRS to give away information which could be too sensitive.
I just keep asking myself the question as to why now in respect of the 3 tonne capability. It tells me that something very big is brewing and may even have brewed.

Andy one other snippet. Neill summing up. We are in all the big growth areas like Electric Vehicles, Automotive, Aerospace, Batteries, Supercapasitors, Textiles and Sports goods. Also that the network of Associates, Companies and Institutions is unprecedented and Neills quote “That's why I am so confident”. That last quote speaks a 1000 words.

Anley. I agree with you that the time has come to publish the graphene figures separately and I would imagine this would be supported by all. After all graphene is what we have invested in although I am much comforted by the fact that there are profitable companies in the mix. Means less demands on cash.

Sorry, but that's not the way NDAs work according to my own experience. They usually specify that information of such commercial sensitivity is not released - whether or not such information is directly attributable. In any case, why on earth do we want to put out information that merely helps the competition? It doesn't help VRS that's for sure.

Bear in mind we are talking of something priced up there with gold and other precious materials.

Speed to market and the first repeat order pushes the business on to Stage 2 then I would suggest that the company should then show - in their Interim Figures - graphene and ink sales as stand alone figures.

Stage 3 is international expansion and royality income which some will come this in this years accounts.

I shall raise these matters at the AGM when we know where and when.

Andy the major snippet is that the order has been placed for capital equipment for the increase to 3T of Nanene per year, i will say that again 3T of Nanene wow.

Vasilis and Scrutable. Putting various parts of the figures together you have the following: Total VRS Sales £9.024M. Of this AAC itself is £4.60M Carbide is £3.2M and Versarien Technologies is £1.2M. This apparently leaves graphene at £24K which is a number others have picked on. I wonder if some rounding errors have crept into the results to give this figure? I am looking again but you have to look at three different areas to get this. I would not be surprised at a low figure as I think we mainly dealing with samples for a large number of customers and they will want these for free.

Vasilis - sorry, but I think the NDA excuse is a red herring. With so many collaborations in play, revealing a total would not involve identifying any individual customer's level of supply. Nor would it be possible to deduce what any individual company might be paying - as the price varies from customer to customer.

I am happy with today's update on how the various collaborations are going - and it does sound like we can expect news from some of them within weeks.

Speed is of the essence. NR knows that. First-mover advantage is no advantage at all if not exploited before it expires. So I am pleased to see how fast some of the collaborations appear to be progressing.
