I keep reading that the China deal is hung up on a valuation of VRS. The deal has nothing to do with the actual valuation of the company, it is to do with the valuation of the IP as I understand it. Need to sell a few hundred shares soon to pay a bill, was planning to do it pre-results but this company bucks the trend, I think I may do it post results.

I’m told Singers have traded 4m shares in the last week - even assuming double trade reporting that’s quite some supply when added to the previous volumes.

We are used to weeding out 'graphene' makers who claim to be churning out tons at a time. Some offering tens of tons; even hundreds of tons. But this lot really are testing the limits of scepticality - talking ten thousand tonnes a year ;-)

Too many small buys to be a single buyer. Maybe some short covering. But, the Chinese deal is hung up on VRS valuation. Thursday results are a window where that can be crystalised. If they wanted to release the China deal with the results those London talks yesterday, described by Matt Walker in his tweet, could have been the final closure. Pure speculation on my part, but results + forward looking statements are a key milestone to determine valuation of any company.

I think it’s short closing ahead of the results. The bears have tried but price not going their way and the market adage *never be a bear in company* is playing out with a short squeeze.
