17/7/2018 12:16 | Well I mucked up buying more here this morning rather than Opti. Sure both will serve me well but can see why that's been going mental - not as many deals as Neill's but much more ant-like mcap. | ![]() runthejoules
17/7/2018 12:11 | Spike If it helps one of my first chats with NR was about would he mind if I started a thread on ADVFN. I apologised for the number of absolute fruitcakes that would appear if they company did well. I did try to embellish that point. Perhaps they are students of the Trump school of etiquette. | ![]() superg1
17/7/2018 12:00 | I totally agree. I can't stand social media, but you can find useful information amongst the dross. A personal pet hate is all those out there who think their opinion matters just because they have a forum to air said opinion. I like how Neill generally counters any opinion with fact. | occultusverum1
17/7/2018 11:55 | occult - exactly right, I am generally against social media because of it's disruptive effect to peoples social sense of well being (amongst other things), but if it is there - harness it to your own ends - in my case monitoring key VRS related people, nothing else. | ![]() spike_1
17/7/2018 11:55 | Model X - there's a picture on his twitter feed from about a week ago. | ![]() cheek212
17/7/2018 11:54 | How come she left? Did she complete her work. Patents all applied for:) | ![]() 1teepee
17/7/2018 11:53 | For me the most important part of the results will be the forward looking statement. It only needs a positive comment on the China deal or something similar and you won’t be able buy in cheaper. I also agree that NR would not be so cheerful unless the results were positive. | ![]() rafboy
17/7/2018 11:52 | "The China stuff has.gone completely quiet for the moment" eh? weren't some of the gang out with them for a meal only week before last? Hopefully the fact it's gone quiet(er) is a good sign... | club sandwich
17/7/2018 11:51 | occult - thank you. I do follow him on twitter but didn't see that. He did just post summat about it though. Twitter for me seems somewhat hit-and-miss; If I scroll backwards through tweets I sometimes encounter tweets that didn't show on my last backward scroll. EDIT: His tweet and picture still don't show for me when I scrolled back just now.. I see his other tweets that day but no Tesla related one. | ![]() grabster
17/7/2018 11:48 | Bought a Tesla? Great now his lying trolls can't hear him coming, not that they ever could. | ![]() superg1
17/7/2018 11:48 | He confirmed that he had a Tesla back on the 5th of July and also posted a picture. I really don't understand why some of you don't follow him on Twitter. | occultusverum1
17/7/2018 11:43 | NR has confirmed that he just purchased a Tesla electric vehicle. Do we know which model? And would he dare to be seen splashing out cash (even though it's his own of course, that he can do what he likes with) days before company results that are anything other than good? | ![]() grabster
17/7/2018 11:40 | I just don't know how this works that's all! I thought they were lodged the day before then released? Happy to informed on this as I genuinely don't know | ![]() andymoore07
17/7/2018 11:39 | I can't believe that companies do lodge sensitive information onto the RNS system the day before release is due. Can anyone say for sure that this does occur? Seems a bit lazy to me. If you look at the LSE RNS software manual it looks like you can upload an RNS for immediate release (amongst other options). So why would a company leak sensitive information potentially worth many $$$ for the sake of not getting someone up early the morning of the release and lodging it there and then? | ![]() smokeyjohnson
17/7/2018 11:27 | When do the accounts get lodged with the RNS service? If before the close of play on Wednesday i'm guessing there will be a raft of buys late afternoon when thoseBoys read it! | ![]() andymoore07
17/7/2018 11:26 | Dan.... that's probably the most incredibly naïve post I've seen on this share. If I thought that, even for one second, I'd be looking to offload all, not buy more. | ![]() festario
17/7/2018 11:26 | Dan you registered a new name today just to say that as a non investor. Thanks. | ![]() superg1
17/7/2018 11:25 | Dan this company hasn't even reached the starting line.. | ![]() sonsonnyjim
17/7/2018 11:23 | Congratulations to everyone who got in here early, but doesnt look like theres much of an opportunity for newbies on this share | danpeters1990
17/7/2018 11:22 | selling shares for his own capital gains and not versarien business ? mmmmnn remind me how many grams of nanene have been sold ? if he worked for me he would be down the road,i bet he laughed all the way to the bank "i sold 7/8 grams of nanene and got paid 400k+" and a new company car thrown in. | dreamtwister
17/7/2018 11:21 | For those that haven't seen this already, its an excellent presentation by Tony Seba and food for thought not just on EV but also energy storage, distribution, self driving, AI etc with some examples of disruptions over the years too. Tony Seba: Clean Disruption - Energy & Transportation Stanford University futurist Tony Seba spent the last decades studying technological disruptions. He argues that the Electric Vehicle, battery storage, and solar power, along with autonomous vehicles, are a perfect example of a 10x exponential process which will wipe fossil fuels off the market in about a decade. Btw, this is based on Lithium-ion technology, Nanene may well disrupt further... | ![]() bootie64
17/7/2018 11:16 | Chillpill, that would fly in the face of Neill's assurances that VRS was now self sustaining.I think the loss will have narrowed significantly, and a possible maiden profit. If that's the case, we could easily see 10 to 15% on the share price on Thursday. I've said it before, and I'm betting on it. | ![]() festario |
